5 R20 VALUE CHAIN Thanks to its first successes, R20, has developed a financial and technical ecosystem able to cover the whole value chain of green infrastructure project development, financing and implementation.

6 R20 works with networks of sub-national authorities to identify potential low carbon and resilient infrastructure projects. Launched in June 2016 with the support from Leo DiCaprio Foundation, this campaign has allowed R20 to identify over 450 infrastructure projects with official sub-national or national mandates.
