Also Asia-Pacific broadband penetration rate is among the lowest rates in the world(except east asia)
3 Global Trends: Broadband Technology Fact 2: Old DSL & Cable infrastructures henceforth couldn t satisfy broadband demand on the world especially at Asia-Pacific region. So it s needed to expand terrestrial and submarine fiber 3 infrastructures in Asia-Pacific region countries by comprehensive action of plans as quickly as possible.
4 ESCAP Trends: Broadband by Income 20 ESCAP Groups countries have below 2% fixed broadband adoption 4 Fact 3: Direct relation between digitally inclusion and the level of income. Direct relation between the regularity quality and the rate of fixed broadband adoption. Lack of progress in expanding fixed broadband access among low-income economies.
