2 Global Forum Global Council - Annually since Codified in the Bylaws - provide input into the strategic direction of The Institute

3 Mission of Global Council 1. To help advance the internal audit profession and the value of the profession worldwide by providing a forum for Institutes and global leaders to share information, collaborate, contribute and connect to The IIA. 2. To provide advice to the Board on strategic initiatives and other significant matters being considered on a global basis, and help facilitate alignment of the global strategic plan with the Institutes strategies.
