5 International Zone 1 Opportunities to exhibit and engage in commercial discussions with Tokyo companies will be provided for up to ten Europian companies interested in starting operations in Tokyo or in doing business with Tokyo companies. Expenses to be borne by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) (1) Costs of exhibiting at the TIIE 2013 (Standard layout) (2) Interpreting costs (3) Translation costs Note however that this relates only to publicity material produced by TMG for the fair, and will not include the costs of translating, for example, pamphlets prepared by individual companies. (4) Consulting fees (searches for potential partner companies, etc.) Consultants will be chosen by TMG, and will search for negotiating partners and arrange meeting appointments during the Tokyo International Industry Exhibition on behalf of each exhibiting company.
