9 IPAC Partnerships - Uganda Uganda Ontario Government IPAC partnership expanded to include Mykerere University, Bank of Uganda, media, CSO Association Capacity development for Ministers, PSs and technical staff to support Development of a National Communications Strategy Evidence based policy Results Political, bureaucratic and technical capacity strengthened Approved national communications strategy Enhanced private sector, university and CSO understanding of the scope of considerations in public sector communications and policy development and implementation planning 9
