Narrow the gap between urban and rural areas Focusing on suburban districts and counties, continue to promote wireless coverage and other key areas of construction, narrowing the suburbs and the central city between the digital divide. 15 Strategic Cooperation PART 4 Shanghai Academy (SA) is a new think tank created by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. In 2015, TMF and SA established cooperation relationship.
