2 Network Code Company (Ncc) is one of the Well Known Establishments & Companies Under M/s AlMuhkam Contracting Group that were Established in Riyadh 1993, We are one of the Unique Specialized Companies into the Business of the Structured Cabling Systems & Applying them to the Infrastructure of Riyadh s Under Construction & Constructed Buildings. By integrating Our Passive Parts of the Networking with the Active Networking Components in Later Stages, Our Targeted Customers & End Users Will Definitely Enjoy the World Real Connectivity & Latest Technologies of the of Tele Services, Internet Services & Security Systems in Very High Standards. Ncc Were Just borne - to have its Strategic Mission For Covering Up All Riyadh s Buildings Infrastructure with the Structured Cabling Services in the First stage, then to Extend the Same Challenge in all KSA Regions. 2 PIONEERS OF The Structured Cabling Systems
3 Structured Cabling System & Applying To Projects Cable and wire infrastructure is the backbone of the entire telecommunications architecture, supporting virtually all technology in today s digital workplace. It must be designed within the framework of voice, video and data communications models and their resulting physical and logical network classes. In addition to its critical role, cable infrastructure is expensive and permanent relative to other components of the technology environment. It is therefore crucial that indoor cable plant and outdoor cable plant design and implementation meets all current needs, and is sufficiently flexible to accommodate foreseen and unforeseen future capacity requirements. The design and the quality must be able to survive physical catastrophes causing damage or failures. Network Code Company can provide the experienced, certified resources to deliver a wiring management solution that meet your needs today and stand the test of time. NCC as a Sub Contractor to MEP / Electromechanical Company will Start the Cabling Activities after Assuring the Containment System is Quite Ready ( GI Cable Trays, GI & PVC Pipes, Pulling Ropes), Then Termination in Management & User Sides, Then Testing with the Professional Instruments & Labeling. 3

6 Ncc Execution Method Before starting Implementation Network Code Company is Committed to Conduct the Survey in order to Precisely Estimate the Exact Quantity of Material that will be Required on Site. Verification & Inspection of all the Cable rolls to ensure the Material is As per the Requirement of the Client and Conforms to ISO Standard. Inspecting the Cable Pathways for the completeness and size Specially cable trays that should be as per the Approved Drawings & should be free from Sharp Edges. Installing & Fixing the Racks & Cabinets in the IDFs & MDF as per the Drawings & Consultant Requirements that should not affect the Lengths of the Cables. Start the Horizontal Pulling of the Cables from the IDFs to the Junction Boxes or ACP of the Customer Premises through Cable Trays with Leaving a sufficient extra cable at face plate & Management Side. Start the Vertical Pulling of the Backbone Cables from the MDF to the IDFs of all Floors through the Riser with Leaving a sufficient extra cable (Slags) at Both Sides for Termination Purposes. While the Careful Cables Pulling Operation, the Dressing & Ferruling of Every Cable & Routing From Cabinet up to the User end are taking place in order to Identify the Cables for the termination stage. Terminating the Horizontal Cables at the faceplate end in a Cat X Jacks & the Patch Panels as per the TIA 568B Standards. Terminating/ Splicing the Vertical Backbone Indoor Multimode Fiber Optic Cables at the Fiber Patch Panels of the MDF Cabinet & IDFs Cabinets of all the Floors. Labeling of Cables on all ends of the User & Management Sides are necessary for Easier Identification and Troubleshooting. After completing termination of all cables, Cables are Dressed Properly in the Cable Managers/ Brush Organizer Using Cable Ties Ensuring that they are not Tight. We are Committed to Provide Better House Keeping During the Cabling & Termination Processes. We Use Calibrated Fluke Networks DTX1800 Cable analyzer to Test the Length/Delay, Attenuation & Return Loss, and Resistance & Providing the test results As per the Client s Specs. We ensure that Labeling Scheme will be Done According To NCC Standards which are initially approved by the Client. As-Built Drawings Will be Drafted Upon Completion of Implementation with the Variation that were not Considered in the Shop Drawings for all the Nodes, Paths & Service Rooms. Manufacturer Warranty & Ncc Service Warrantee will be Provided to the Client Upon Testing & Commissioning & Final Handing Over the Site to Consultant & Main Contractor. We Are the Cabling Specialists 6
