2 Company Overview Emirates International Gas L.L.C has been created as a newly established entity within the downstream gas sector. The company was established in July 2017, under ownership of HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS SHAIKH HAMDAN BIN MOHAMMED BIN ZAYED BIN SULTAN AL NEHAYAN and HMZ Holdings. Based in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the company was created with the intention of delivering tangible core values and benefits to the UAE building contracting and Oil and Gas sectors, in order to keep up with the growing demand of the UAE economy and the country s ever-increasing need for efficient, secure and clean energy.

4 Our Heritage and Partnerships Emirates International Gas L.L.C, was established as the result of a strategic partnership between Al Fanar General Contracting L.L.C and HMZ Holding. This partnership is carrying the vision and guidance of HMZ Holdings L.L.C under His Royal Highness Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Zayed Bin Sultan al Nehayan. Through the broad expertise of Al Fanar General Contracting L.L.C as one of the largest and most reputable names in the field of L.P.G., N.G. and S.N.G Sectors, distributing bulk L.P. Gas and trading in Gas equipment, which now has an impressive proven track record with major Government and Private Sectors in highly prestigious projects ranging from Developments Infrastructure Gas Networks, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Towers, factories, labour camps and Royal Palaces down to Luxurious Villas all over the U.A.E in the past 28 years. 6 Central Gas Installation Works providing Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Natural Gas (NG) and Synthetic Gas (SNG) to any project, regardless of type or size, ranging from high rise residential towers, infrastructure works, down to villas and small restaurants. Our scope includes design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of gas systems. LPG Bulk Gas Distribution Provided to any residential, commercial and industrial projects, regardless of consumption request, through our road tankers.

7 Operation and Maintenance Services 24/7 emergency response to all types of gas systems, through fully equipped emergency vehicle and highly dedicated technical personal. This service is extended to all project types for residential, commercial and industrial facilities. Gas Billing and Collection Services Offered to all types of residential and commercial projects, regardless of whether they are on an individual or corporate level, this service is extended to the customer door steps. For customer convenience, we offer multiple payment options, tailored to suit different customers, at their sole discretion.

8 Infrastructure pipe network Installation and Gas networks Service provided for both carbon steel and polyethylene pipelines, as well as specialised connection installation, ranging from low pressure to high pressure pipelines of various sizes. 9 Our Portfolio From residential communities, to amusements parks, our capabilities know no bounds. We are proud to showcase the following projects as an insight into our ability.

10 Infrastructure Al Reem Island is home to picturesque residential communities and commercial developments. The scope of work included designing, developing and building the gas infrastructure. Included in the development was largest SNG station in Abu Dhabi. The station has a capacity of 90MM BTU per hour and an upstream 16 bar gas pipeline with pressure reduction facilities to supply downstream pressure of 4 bar. Infrastructure Yas Island is a multipurpose leisure, shopping and entertainment centre. Yas Island was also the first commercial island with a fully operational NG system in the UAE. Throughout the project, over 85% of the total NG network for the island was installed, this was achieved by installing a regional underground 4 bar Polyethylene network that feeds the whole island, plus eight pressure reduction metering stations. Also included in the project was the design and installation of gas networks for all the hotels, shopping malls, amusement parks and retail outlets on the island.

11 Mixed Use Developments Etihad Towers is the second tallest skyscraper in Abu Dhabi. Included in the scope of work was the design and installation of the gas infrastructure for the towers, including a large SNG station with a capacity of 70MM BTU per hour. Also included was the design and build of the gas systems for more than 1,000 residential apartments and fine dining restaurants in the building. Hospitality The Fairmont Hotel is the tallest Arabian-themed skyscraper in Abu Dhabi. Included in the scope of work provided by the developer was to design, install and maintain the building s SNG system and SNG station.

12 Shopping Malls Yas Mall is Abu Dhabi s largest shopping mall with 2.5 million square feet of retail and entertainment and one of the first UAE malls to provide an integrated NG system. Installation for the full gas internal network with PRMS as well as an underground four-bar polyethylene distribution network was delivered to the client, in addition to all retail food outlets gas provisions. Entertainment Ferrari World - This Ferrari-themed amusement park on Yas Island spreads over an area of 2500 hectares of family leisure and entertainment, making it the largest indoor theme park in the world. The scope of work for this project included, design and installation of the natural gas distribution network to supply gas to the retail outlets and restaurants in the complex.

13 Amusement Parks Warner Bros Theme Park - Heralding as the first movie-theme park in the UAE, the Warner Bros Park hosts 19 rides, a hotel and multiplex cinemas. The scope of work requested from the developer includes delivery the full scope of design, installation, testing and commissioning of the park s NG system. Mixed Use Island Dubai Blue Water - This luxury island will feature a 210-meter Ferris wheel that offers breath taking views of Dubai s coastline and iconic landmarks. The contribution to this project includes, design, installation and commissioning of its LPG system as well as installation of an underground gas distribution network and above ground pipe in pipe distribution network.

14 Commercial Dubai World Trade Centre - The Dubai World Trade Centre is a business and conference complex in Dubai. The scope of work for this project includes design, installation, testing and commissioning of the building s SNG system. In addition to the installation of two underground LPG tanks, HDPE underground distribution pipe and an above ground distribution pipe to service the hotel and offices.
