4 THE INNER WORKINGS OF THE CONTENDER When designing the Contender, the engineers at Constant carefully considered cable management, equipment access and power/data requirements. The result is a console that can be modified for future growth, allowing your console to adapt with your operations. M. Slide-out CPU shelves allow easy access to equipment from either side of the console N. A spline can be added to the rear of the console which allows for increased cabinet depth or can act as a back-to-back console attachment point P R O N O. Cable brush allows for exterior cabling to enter the internal raceways Q P. Infill panels on the rear of the work surface can be removed to access optional power strips and connectivity interface panels M Q. We are able to utilize a variety of vendors including Wilsonart, Formica, Nevamar and Pionite. Included are our standard finishes but other samples can be furnished upon request. For metal components, there are many standard powder coat finishes available to blend with laminate selection. The standard finish for aluminum components is clear anodized.
