3 Management Team Dr. Bader Al Busaies Managing Partner Dr. Al-Busaies has been a Managing Partner of TATWEER since He has experience in business filed for more than 15 years. He holds PhD with a major in comparative law from American University of London. His practice provides full range of corporate and regulatory matters affecting energy, trade, privatization, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and environmental regulation in both domestic and international markets. He served as a Board Member and/or Chairman in several local and international companies also a member in some international recognized associations in the energy and business. Eng. Abdulmohsin Al Shoaibi Managing Partner Eng. Al Shoaibi at TATWEER manages corporate strategy and communication. A widely recognized champion for renewable energy. He is the chairman of the Saudi Arabia Solar Industry Association (SASIA), and winner of Life Time Achievement award in Solar Energy Development. He has more than 25 years of industry experience that ranges from strategic planning and operations to project portfolio management to testing and commissioning of fully-integrated renewable energy project power systems. Eng. Al Shoaibi holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toledo, USA. 3

Bader Al Othman VP, Global Projects Development With more than 13 years of experience in managing large scale real estate investment, in addition to consulting and business development. His experience includes brand expansion and growth, project financial management, food and beverages (F&B), real estate acquisition, and commercial real estate development. He has a Master Degree in Project Management from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia and Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University Manuel Hidalgo Independent Consultant An international executive specialized in the Water & Environmental fields. With 28 years of global experience holding various leadership positions in 9 different countries. He has been managing complex businesses and participated in several successful desalination, water treatment and reuse projects from the conceptual design, financing and commercial setup all the way to the operation and maintenance stage. Formerly he served with senior managerial roles at Marafiq, the Power & Water Utility Company for Jubail and Yanbu, and at the Engineering Department in Veolia Middle East. 4

5 Hando Kang Founder, Director at SDGs Connect Accomplished professional with over 12 years of experience in both public and private sectors. Hando has been responsible for developing and managing high-level partnership negotiations between governments, industry, finance and building consensus for the completion of many successful projects in renewable energy and sustainable development. Hando pioneered setting the stage for renewable energy advocacy starting in Ontario and growing to emerge markets in the Middle East and Africa. Dr. Amin Al Yaquob Consultant Dr. Al Yaquob has rich experience in international business development, project finance, research as well as technical consultancy, while working at leading corporations in Saudi Arabia and Japan. Prior to working in the renewable energy field, Dr. Al Yaquob has been technical engineering manager at the Saudi British managing mission critical and enterprise projects. He has a PhD from Doshisha University, Japan in the area of technology and innovative management, and Master degree in Global Business Administration 5

15 Latest Developments Tatweer signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan September 18, 2018, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan As a milestone, Global Tatweer signs MoU with the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan at a rich function hosted by The State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan. It is considered as a cooperation agreement between the Union, Global Tatweer and Riva Development Company for joint ventures and investments in several industrial and touristic projects. Dr. Bader Al Busaies, Managing Partner, Mr. Rahimberdi Jepbarov, The Chairman of International Finance Department, Eng. Bader Al Othman VP, Global Projects, Mr. Omar Al Kady in the capacity of Director of Riva Development Company and Eng. 16 Tatweer signed the second Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government of Turkmenistan in cooperation with The State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan September 18, 2018 Ashgabat, Turkmenistan Following the MoU signed at Riyadh on 2017, Global Tatweer signed it s second MOU with Government of Turkmenistan in cooperation with The State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan. It is an initial step to form a joint venture company in Turkmenistan in order to find out potential opportunities, to cooperate and allocate funds for such opportunities or projects. 17 Tatweer signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government of Turkmenistan Following the bilateral agreements signed between Saudi Arabia and Turkmenistan on 1st May 2016 and for the purpose to establish strategic business partnerships, Tatweer signed an MoU with Government of Turkmenistan represented by the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan. The MoU aims to strength the business relationship between the two countries by identifying and exploring the opportunities and exchange the information and ideas to create strategic partnerships in Turkmenistan. The opportunities involve 45 strategic projects from various sectors like energy, manufacturing, telecommunication, infrastructure as well as tourism. 17

18 Meeting with Government of Turkmenistan Dr. Bader Al Busaies, Managing Partner met with Mr. Rahimberdi Jepbarov, The Chairman of International Finance Department, The State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan along with the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs on a broad discussion in the bilateral cooperation of ongoing and upcoming potential projects and infrastructure development in Turkmenistan. Following the efficient meeting in Riyadh, a delegation of GLOBAL TATWEER planning to visit Turkmenistan in the midst September 2018 with a special invitation from the Government side to explore and cooperate in the priority projects. 18
