4 CIB - Services Consultancy Services Assist Ministries and Departments in identifying opportunities for improving their respective services through ICT Project Management Manage ICT projects with the collaboration of end-users ICT Procurement Standards & Quality Assurance System Support Post Implementation Audit Training Assist the Civil Service in ICT-related procurement of drawing specifications and evaluating project proposal Specify standards, quality assurance schemes and procedures for project implementation Ensure with the help of the CISD ongoing support for operational systems Post-implementation evaluation and enhancements of existing IS Plan and monitor training programmes for all categories of officers in the Civil Service

7 Mission Information Technology Security Unit (ITSU) To disseminate knowledge on Information Security, promote the implementation of Information Security standards and establish IT security practices within Government Vision To be the key facilitator in ensuring that Information Systems in Government are secure

8 IT Security Awareness ITSU - Services Awareness presentations conducted onsite at Ministry/Department premises Preparation and circulation of Fact Sheets on specific aspects of IT Security Participating in IT Security Events IT Security Audit Application Security Audit of complex and critical Government Information System Vulnerability Assessment of IT networks in Ministries and Departments IT Security Audits based on information security standards and best practices Internal Audits of ISMSs IT Security Practice Implementation of IT Security practices in the Civil Service through the elaboration of policies and guidelines which are disseminated to Ministries and Departments. ISMS Implementations Facilitates the implementation of ISMS in Ministries and Departments by providing training to officers in information risk management, providing advice to their Information Security Forums, reviewing and auditing the ISMSs.
