SCIS Asia 2016 The Biggest Smart City Event in Asia Smart Cities Innovation Summit Asia brought together smart cities leaders from around the world to share high-tech IoT and ICT solutions and realize their smart city needs. The Smart Cities Innovation Summit Asia took place September 20-22, 2016, as a partner show of the Smart Cities Innovation Summit in Austin, Texas. The event in South Korea was held concurrently with Asia Power Week and IMAC (International Material & Components Industry Show). The event was highly successful, having welcomed over 14,600 global smart city leaders from 57 countries. Nearly 200 Smart City delegates participated, including the commercial attachés from the EU, Thailand, Singapore, India, Colombia, Oman, Switzerland, Ecuador, Zambia, and the United States, who took part in a booth tour during which they witnessed smart city technologies and solutions in Korea. The 2017 SCIS Asia event is expected to broaden both the global smart city market as well as the interests of visitors. 1

Post Event Questionnaire I had a chance to check out Technology from around the world and the future smart city market There were many international speakers who aren t easy to gain access to domestically. I am looking forward to joining next year s conference. It was the best exhibition I have ever participated in. We met a number of buyers at the exhibition booth and introduced them to our technology. It was a great chances to show our brand new products to customers. 7
