(JBH) is a privately held, CVE certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we were founded in 2002 and incorporated in 2011, we are headquartered in Carrollton, Virginia. JBH focuses primarily on federal, state, and local government clients and their growing needs. JBH combines our deep industry experience with government experts who have substantial knowledge of the inner workings of each client s organization. Our established leadership and program managers have the expertise to identify and provide solutions within their fields, allowing us to provide dependable, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions for a multitude of government agencies. JBH provides a broad range of construction management and professional services including contract management and support, program and project management, administrative services, management consulting (business and IT), training services, information security, construction, architectural and design services. 2 PRESIDENT, OWNER Dr. John Hartigan, PhD is an experienced leader in the federal and commercial business sectors focused on construction, acquisition, contracting, process improvement and information security. He has lead JBH through 1M+ contracts, supervising multiple subcontractors across all domains and trades. He has more than 30 years of experience in Program and Construction Management with extensive knowledge of security, architecture, cost, policy, and design guidance for business systems and secure facilities. Dr. Hartigan has experience with the DOD 5000, BCL, JCIDS, ERP s, HIPPA Privacy and EHR's. He has expert knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, GAAP, and EVMS. Dr. Hartigan is a DAWIA Level III Program Management, Management Professional, Certified Information System Security Professional, (CISSP) and Federal IT Security Professional- Manager (FITSP-M). He also maintains the following professional credentials: DBA, PMP, CPHIMS, CHSP, OSHA 30 and Six Sigma Black Belt. VICE PRESIDENT Ms. Barbara Brann, PMP is a senior business leader, analyst, program manager, and trainer: experienced in federal and commercial business and information operations, she has over 30 years of experience. She has focused on developing and implementing program management, training, and employee development across the company.. She has expert knowledge of the business lifecycle, human resource administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the administration of important corporate and public programs, ISO 9000, and ERP s. She has experience with small businesses, with responsibility for business development, operational leadership, budget, schedule, certification of staff; and finances with profit and loss responsibility. She is a certified PMP, Certified Trainer for the IRS, and a Registered Representative for the Securities and Exchange Commission licensed as a Series 7 & 63 financial analyst. Page 2 of 6

3 EMPLOYEES JBH currently has 23 employees in four locations. We have a mix of full-time, part-time and casual employees. CURRENT CONTRACTS As of February 2015, JBH has 4.2M under contract for /23/2015 J&B Hartigan, Inc. was awarded Facilities Maintenance and Management Contract to provide an Abator installation at the VAMC in Hampton, VA on our GS03FAC Schedule. 12/31/ J &B Hartigan Inc. was awarded a Facilities Maintenance and Management Contract to provide Emergency Power upgrades on the VAMC in Hampton, VA on our GS 03FAC Schedule. JBH teamed with Power Electric Company to perform this work. 12/17/ J &B Hartigan Inc. was awarded a Facilities Maintenance and Management Contract to Upgrade Medical Gas and Vent PODS at the VAMC in Hampton, VA on our GS 03FAC Schedule. JBH teamed with Triangle Manifold Services to perform this work. 11/17/ J &B Hartigan Inc. was awarded a Facilities Maintenance and Management Contract to support the VAMC in Hampton, VA to provide window replacement in Building 114 on our GS 03FAC Schedule. JBH is pleased to continue our support for the VAMC. 09/09/ J &B Hartigan Inc. was awarded a Facilities Maintenance and Management Contract to support the VAMC in Hampton, VA to provide HVAC and Security for IRM Closets on our GS 03FAC Schedule. JBH teamed with Bowman Foster and Associates and Everett Mechanical on this effort. 08/01/ J & B Hartigan Inc. was awarded a one year contract option by the USAF 633 CONS to provide contract specialist and contract Subject Matter Expertise support. JBH is pleased to continue our support for the 633 CONS flight at LAFB, Hampton VA. 10/10/13 J & B Hartigan Inc. was awarded the Pharmacy Remodel Project at the VAMC in Beckley, WV. 09/05/13 J&B Hartigan was awarded a contract to provide Architecture and Design Services to construct the second floor of a hospital building at the VAMC in Hampton. JBH teamed with Bowman Foster and Associates on this effort. J &B Hartigan Inc. closed out 2014 meeting all revenue goals and with a backlog for 2015 of over 4 million dollars. Page 3 of 6
