This course teaches those involved in an organization's records management effort how to implement Oracle URM system security; how to define, manage, and execute records and retention policies; and how to create and manage record content. In addition, this course covers how to apply Oracle URM records and retention policies to external repositories. Note: Day 1 of this class focuses on the Records User skills.
