1 1 GOQUO AGENT PORTAL USER GUIDE
2 2 1. General Overview This document is designed for the purpose of providing users (Agents as well as Admin user) with all main steps in the whole process, as well as detailed guides on how to utilize the system to perform the following activities: For B2B Agent: - Register an account via Agent Portal - Login to Agent Portal - Update registered information - Change password - Create and manage sub-users - Make a booking - View reports For Admin user: - Manage agent registration - Manage agent top-up - View reports 2. Agent Portal 2.1. Agent registers an account Description This function allows agent to register a new account. Step 1: Agent inputs registration form. All required fields which are marked by a star (*) must be input. Step 2: Agent submit registration form by clicking on button Submit, and wait for approval. - After agent submits registration form, it will be sent to administration system for approval. - Agent can only log in to the system after registration form is approved by admin.

Agent logs on to the agent portal Description This function allows agent to log on to agent portal with an approved account. User Interface Login screen: After login successfully, agent is directed to agent portal dashboard, from which agent can manage their account.
5 5 Data Entry No. Control Name Control Type Mandatory Descriptions Username Textbox Yes The username that user already registered in registration form. Password Textbox Yes The password that user already registered in registration form. Remember me? Checkbox No By checking on the checkbox, user does not need to input username and password on the next time they log in the system Agent updates their registered information Description This function allows agent to update their registered information. Step 1: Agent click on Agent Profile in Navigation pane. Step 2: Agent updates their registered information. Agent is able to update all the information, except Username. Step 3: Agent click on button Save to save the update. Registration form then is sent to administration system for approval again (Agent account status then is Under Review). Agent is not able to update any information if account status is Under Review.
6 6 User Interface 2.4. Agent changes password Description This function allows agent to change the password Step 1: Agent click on Change Password, under agent name at the top-right of the screen. Step 2: On Change Password popup, Agent input current password and new password, then click on button Save. User Interface
7 Agent creates and manages sub-users Description This function allows agent to create sub-users, assign roles to sub-users, and manage them. 1. Agent creates sub-users and assign roles to sub-users Step 1: Agent clicks on button Create Step 2: On Create User screen, Agent inputs sub-user information Step 3: Agent clicks on button Save. Sub-user is created right after Agent click Save, without any approval needed. 2. Agent edit sub-users information Step 1: Agent clicks on button Edit Step 2: Agent updates sub-user information Step 3: Agent click on Save to save the changes. 3. Agent de-active an sub-user Agent click on button Deactivate to deactivate an sub-user, and click on button Reactivate to reactivate an sub-user

9 9 Assigned Activity Checkbox List Yes The activities that user can do: - Booking: By selecting this option, user is assigned to make bookings - Report: By selecting this option, user is assigned to view and extract report 2.6. Agent makes a booking Description This function allows agent to make a booking User Interface Agent clicks on button Create Booking in Agent portal dashboard to be directed to engine booking page, from which agent can make a booking. All bookings made my agent are listed in booking report in Agent Portal.
10 Agent views reports Descriptions This function allows agent to view top-up report and booking report, of which: - Top-up report: Show all top-up transaction of agent. - Booking report: Show all bookings that agent has made. User Interface Top-up report: Booking report:
11 11 3. Admin system 3.1. Agent Registration Management Description This function allow user to: - To view list of registered agents - To approve/reject a registration form - To de-activate an agent View Agents Navigation: Admin/ Control Panel/ Manage Sites/ (site name)/ Manage Agents (Under Agents Management tab) User is able to filter list of agents by: - Status: Pending, Approved, Rejected, Under Review, Inactive, Rejected - Registration Date User is able to search agent by agent name.
12 12 Approve/Reject Agent Registration form By clicking on Edit button on above screen, user is directed to Edit Agent Profile screen: To approve a registration form, the following fields are required: - Agent Type: Agent Type must be determined by admin before approving registration form. This ensures that all agents are categorized in a specific agent type, which is an indispensable factor to determine markup, payment option for each agent. - Default Currency: Default currency must be determined by admin before approving registration form. The default currency is use for agent top-up. Then, user changes status to Approved, and click on SAVE button. To reject a registration form, user changes status to Reject, and click on SAVE button. Deactivate Agent To deactivate an agent, on Edit Agent Profile screen, user changes status to Inactive and click on SAVE button Agent Top-up Description This function allows admin to create top-up record for agents, follow 3 steps:
13 13 - Top-up entry - Top-up verification - Top-up approval After top-up record is approved, top-up amount will be reflected in agent s account balance. Top-up Entry Navigation: Admin/Control Panel/ Manage sites/ (Site name)/ Manage Agent Top-up/ Create After inputting all required information, user click on button SAVE to save the top-up record. The topup record then will be listed in Top-up List, with status = Created. Top-up Verification Navigation: Admin/Control Panel/ Manage sites/ (Site name)/ Manage Agent Top-up
14 14 For those items the status of which is Created, by clicking on button View, user is directed to Top-up Verification screen: User is able to add remarks, then click on Verify/ Reject button. - If user clicks on Verify button, the top-up record then will be marked with Verified status. - If user clicks on Reject button, The top-up record then will be marked with Rejected status. Top-up Verification Navigation: Admin/Control Panel/ Manage sites/ (Site name)/ Manage Agent Top-up
15 15 For those items the status of which is Verified, by clicking on button View, user is directed to Top-up Approval screen: User is able to add remarks, then click on Approve/ Reject button. - If user clicks on Approve button, the top-up amount then will be reflected in agent s account balance, and the top-up record will be marked with Approved status. - If user clicks on Reject button, the top-up record then will be marked with Rejected status.
16 Agent Report Descriptions This function allows user to view agent top-up report and agent booking report, of which: - Credit Transaction report: Show all transactions (top-up and booking) of agents. - Booking report: Show all bookings that agents has made.
