5 1.5 Additinal Dcumentatin and Supprt Fr mre infrmatin, navigate t smart.clicksftware.cm/supprt, and select yur StreetSmart prduct. 2. Majr Enhancements This sectin describes the detail f new features and enhancements, which were highlighted in sectin Custmer Engagement (CE) This release f StreetSmart intrduces a new feature called Custmer Engagement. The CE integratin with StreetSmart allws users t interact with their custmers via Shrt Message Service (SMS) r , and live tracking f the mbile wrker n a live map. Scheduled Jb Cnfirmatin StreetSmart web users can nw send verificatin messages fr the scheduled jbs t their custmers. The custmers can accept r reject by replying t verificatin message sent by the StreetSmart web users. Where is my Tech Yur custmers can nw track the mbile wrker s prgress n the map. Estimated time f arrival and calling feature is als available. Call Center Phne Number Custmer Engagement feature enables the custmers t directly cntact the custmer s call center r the assigned mbile wrker s phne. 6 2.2. Enhanced Security fr Healthcare and Other Applicatins Enhanced Security prvides additinal data privacy and security prvisins fr safeguarding sensitive custmer infrmatin. It is nly available fr mbile applicatin r abve (Andrid & ios nly). List f functinal changes after enhanced security is enabled fr the custmer: 1. StreetSmart web passwrd needs t be changed and the new passwrd must satisfy the fllwing 5 criteria: Passwrd length shuld be minimum 8 characters Uppercase letters (A t Z) Lwercase letters (a t z) Numbers (0 t 9) Special characters #, $ etc. 2. StreetSmart mbile passwrd needs t be setup and the new passwrd must satisfy the fllwing 4 criteria: Passwrd length shuld be minimum 8 characters Uppercase letter (A t Z) Lwer case letters (a t z) Numbers (0 t 9) 3. Web passwrd and mbile device passwrd will expire after 90 days frm the date f creatin. 4. Users will get passwrd expiry alert 10 days befre the expiry f the passwrd. 5. User can setup and update their passwrd n the mbile applicatin. 6. A mbile device will be blcked after 5 successive invalid PIN and/r Passwrd attempts. 7. Users need t enter PIN and Passwrd each time they are lgging int the StreetSmart applicatin. 8. Sessin timeut after 8 hurs f inactivity in the StreetSmart mbile applicatin Edit Trip Details n Mbile Device A StreetSmart web user can enable/disable this permissin fr a rle which allws a mbile wrker t edit the trip details n his mbile device, in case if the submitted trip values are incrrect Limit n Sharing Jb/Frm/Trip/Timesheet Details A StreetSmart web user cannt share Frm details, Jb details, Trip details and Timesheet details mre than 5 times per hur fr each frm, jb, trip and timesheet Limited Date Range in Date filter fr Jb List page and Jb Map page In Date Filter, the difference between Start date and End date shuld nt exceed 90 days fr Jb List and Jb Map pages. 7 2.6. Select Default Address fr Outging s StreetSmart web user can cnfigure the frm address fr any utging frm the StreetSmart applicatin. The ptins fr the frm field are: System Default Cmpany s User s Gallery Optin is Remved fr Odmeter s Image Gallery ptin is remved fr selecting image f Start Odmeter and End Odmeter in the Current Trip page f StreetSmart mbile applicatin. 3. New Supprted Devices The fllwing devices has been certified and added as new supprted devices: LG G7 LG G Pad 8.0 Mtrla E5 Samsung Galaxy S9 Samsung Galaxy S9+ Panasnic Tughpad FZ-N1 4. Bug Fixes Street View Panramic view is nw wrking fine with muse cntrl in Gefence maps, Trip Details and Shift Summary page. createwrker, updatewrker, createorupdatewrker and createcmpany APIs are nw adhering t passwrd length and cmplexity rules. Cntext menu errr n the wrker s shift summary page is reslved. Wrker Activity Lg' buttn is added in the Device Status Lg page s tlbar. Similarly, 'Device Status Lg' buttn is added in the Wrker Activity Lg page s tlbar t enhance the custmer experience. Default Value field errr in which its value was displayed utside the bx is reslved. Minr issue with certain private r internal frms nt displaying the selected grup name is reslved.
