1 Supplier Profile Administration Uploading Certification(s) Document: Quality certificate and/or Environmental certificate* Entering Supplier Contacts Information *Uploading an Environmental Certificate is enabled for all locations. However, only supplier locations which have been requested by Delphi are required to upload certificate document within application. Delphi Proprietary
2 Go to: Uploading A Certification Document 1. Enter your User ID, Password and click Submit. 2. Click on Delphi Supplier Portal. Delphi Proprietary 2
3 Uploading A Certification Document 3. Click on Applications Tab. 4. Click on Supplier Profile Administration. Note: If you are unable to click on Supplier Profile Administration (Sprof Admin), you must request this access from under Registration tab Click on Delphi Supplier Portal Registration Quick Reference Guide follow instruction to gain Sprof Admin sub package access. 4 Uploading A Certification Document Note: A new windows will open and redirect you to Supplier Admin application. 5. Click on View Profiles. Delphi Proprietary 4
5 Uploading A Certificate Document Note: System will display all the locations Duns from your company. 6. Click on location Duns for which you wish to upload the Certification e.g. Quality certification and/or Environmental certification Delphi Proprietary 5
6 Uploading Certificate(s) Quality or and Environmental certificate 7. From Delphi Approval tab, scroll down until you get to the section titled: Quality or Environmental Certification a) Select from drop-down menu your certification standard e.g. TS or ISO b) Click on calendar tool to enter the Certification Expiration date c) Click on Browse button & locate/select the electronic file that contains the certification you want to upload d) Click on Verify/Save All Changes button. Note: Your Certificate will be in a pending stage until rejected or approved by Delphi. d) An will be sent to the Supplier Admin when Certificate is approved or rejected. e) After click Save/All Changes, your certificate will be in Pending status. 7 Request to remove Environmental certificate The Environmental certificate document can be requested to be removed by: Click to request environmental removal link A pop up message will display. Enter the reason for the removal request and click Send . An will be send to Delphi for this removal request Environmental certificate document will be removed after Delphi reviews and processes the request. Note: Quality certification or manufacturing location type can be requested for removal only from Supplier information tab. Delphi Proprietary
8 Enter Supplier Contacts Information 8. Click Supplier Information tab, and enter your company information (if information already entered and there are no changes, go to next step) 9. Click Supplier Contacts tab, and enter these mandatory contacts information: These contacts types are MANDATORY for all locations: CEO/President, Sales Manager/Rep, A quality contact (at least one of Quality Control Manager, Quality Coordinator). Note: Failing to provide these mandatory contacts types as well as Verify & Save location information (at least every six months), will result in a red score for Compliance in the Delphi Supplier Scorecard application. 10. Click Verify/Save All Changes button after completing all mandatory supplier contacts information. Delphi Proprietary
9 Supplier Profile Administrator Uploading Certificate Suppliers are expected to upload their certification (TS or ISO) to the Delphi Supplier Portal. However, if a supplier cannot reduce their certificate file size to the allowed 5 MB maximum, there is an e-fax number a supplier can use to fax the certificate directly to Delphi for upload to Supplier Profile. The e-fax number can be found within the supplier information template, see attached file, which MUST be completed and accompany the certificate file. Delphi Proprietary 9
10 Supplier Profile Administrator Delphi Portal Help Desk Delphi Service Desk: To obtain a Delphi Service Desk ticket from a service desk agent, go to: and click Delphi Portal Applications Help Desk Information under Frequently Used Documents.
