2 iallwrx is an iphne, ipad, and ipd Tuch applicatin available at the Apple Stre. Yu can manage the fllwing Allwrx system features: View and change presence Manage, send, frward, and reply t vic s View yur scheduled cnferences calls Navigatin in iallwrx This is an example f iallwrx, cnfigured and cnnected t an Allwrx server. The three sectins f the iallwrx screen are: Navigatin bar: prvides icns t return t the previus screen, select ptins, r accept changes. Mve back/cancel: when an icn is available, it navigates t the previus screen. When it is labeled Cancel, it will return t the previus screen withut saving any changes. Actin/Dne: when applicable, the Actin icn is displayed. The Actin icn prvides screen level ptins. When it is labeled Dne it will accept changes and return t the previus screen. Bdy: the primary screen area. The Details Indicatr icn is displayed fr any selectin where there are mre ptins r if mre infrmatin is available. It will navigate t a different screen. 9/22/11 Page 2

3 Inbund Messages, Outbund Messages and Cnferences features are disabled (Details Indicatr icn nt included) when iallwrx is in dem mde. Cntact yur Allwrx System Administratr t enable all features. Bld typeface indicates that a field can be mdified. In the example belw, the name f the Cnference Weekly Staff Call is in bldface. Yu can rename this cnference by tapping n this field. Tlbar The cnnectin status is displayed n the left side f the tlbar. The cnnectivity states are: Discnnected Evaluatin Cnnected Syncing Tap the icn t g t the Status screen. 4 Setup Cnsult with yur Allwrx System Administratr fr details n cnfiguring iallwrx with the Allwrx server. Netwrk setup details are included in a separate Administratr s guide. Fllw these steps t cnnect iallwrx t the Allwrx server: 1. Tap the Inf Indicatr icn t g t the Preference screen. 2. Enter yur iallwrx user s username and passwrd. These lgin credentials are the same nes used fr lgging int the Allwrx Message Center r My Allwrx Manager page. 3. Frm the Actin icn, select Apply My Changes. iallwrx will attempt t cnnect t the Allwrx server. If the cnnectin is successful, then the Cnnectin icn n the tlbar will display the cnnected status. Tap Cancel t return t the rt screen t start using the iallwrx features. Preferences The preference screen prvides the fllwing cnfiguratin ptins: My Accunt enter yur Allwrx vic accunt lgin credentials Username Passwrd Optin t remember passwrd My Server Allwrx server netwrk cnnectin infrmatin. Yur Allwrx System Administratr shuld prvide the necessary settings: Server Address (IP r dmain name) Mbile Link, IMAP and SMTP prt settings My Netwrk Usage cnsult with yur Allwrx System Administratr if any changes need t be made t the fllwing settings: Aut Update: time interval t check fr updates frm the Allwrx server (5, 10, 30, 60 secnds r never). Message Prefetch: immediate dwnlad f the audi cntent f vic messages. If disabled, the audi is dwnladed after the message is selected by the user. Disabling prefetch may be preferable if the iphne, ipad, r ipd Tuch s netwrk cnnectin is slw. General Dem Mde: allws yu t experience all f the iallwrx features withut being cnnected t an Allwrx server. When enabled, iallwrx is placed int a simulated envirnment with preexisting data. The Dem Mde inbund messages cntain helpful hints n hw t use iallwrx. Shw Lg On: will display the iallwrx r custm crprate lg: n light, medium r hard shake r startup nly. 5 Status The Status screen displays infrmatin n the cnnectin state. It includes the fllwing ptins: Imprt cntacts frm server Retrieve lg frm server (when an updated custm lg is available) Presence The rt screen displays yur current Allwrx presence setting. Tap this selectin t change yur presence. Inbund Messages The Inbund Messages ptin allws yu t listen t vic messages. The rt screen will display the number f new vic messages, if any. Tap this selectin t view the list f vic messages. New messages are displayed with bld typeface. Tap the Actin icn t delete all messages. Messages deleted frm iallwrx are als deleted frm the Allwrx server. Tap a vic selectin t listen t the message. The image belw shws an example f what the screen lks like when a vic is being played. The message will begin playing autmatically. Tap the screen t pause r restart the message. The scrll bar can be used t fast-frward r rewind the message. Optins: 9/22/11 Page 5

6 Frward: will display the utbund message screen in rder t send the message t anther Allwrx system user. Reply: is available fr messages received frm Allwrx system users. Delete: remves the message frm iallwrx as well as frm the Allwrx server. Outbund Messages The Outbund Messages ptin allws yu t send new messages and frward existing messages t Allwrx system users. Tap the Outbund Messages selectin t view the list f utbund vic messages. All messages can be deleted frm the Actin icn. A new utbund message can be created frm the Actin icn. Tap an utbund message t perfrm the fllwing: Recrd a new message r playback a sent message Attach an inbund message Send new r frward an existing message Delete a message 9/22/11 Page 6

7 Cnferences The Cnference ptin displays yur cnferences. Tap a cnference t display the fllwing details: Name cnference descriptin Start Date date and time f cnference Duratin length f cnference Pre Jin time participants can jin prir t the cnference start time Repeat hw ften the cnference repeats, if it is a recurring cnference Passwrd used by callers t enter the cnference Identifier cnference ID Yu can mdify the cnference name and passwrd. 9/22/11 Page 7
