2 3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE. During the Offer Period, make a Qualifying Purchase and take a photo of the valid receipt(s) (png, jpeg, pdf, and tiff file types with a maximum file size of 10MB)) ( Receipt Photo ) showing the Qualifying Purchase. Before submitting a Receipt Photo, participants must highlight the Eligible Hydroxycut Product* and the date on the receipt with a star or check mark. Receipt Photos must clearly show the receipt in its entirety. Participants should keep their receipt(s). Sponsor reserves the right to require a participant to provide original receipt(s) for verification purposes upon request. Once 3 receipts have been uploaded by a participant they will be rewarded with a free Hydroxycut product giveaway. Participants can submit their Receipt Photo via any of the three (3) methods below: a) VIA TEXT: Text the keyword "OFFERS" to for submission instructions. Participant will first receive one (1) text message with opt-out instructions and disclosure for receipt of up to six (6) automated text messages per receipt to the phone number provided, along with instructions for Receipt Photo submission. Follow the Receipt Photo instructions to upload your receipt with your Qualifying Purchase through the website. Please allow twenty-four (24) hours for processing. REDEMPTION. Participants must submit valid receipt(s) via one (1) of the above methods to receive one (1) Coupon. Each Participant may earn up to a maximum of three (3) coupons during the term of the Program. Coupons are subject to the terms and conditions set by the issuer. Upon receipt and verification of a Qualifying Purchase, participants will be sent their coupon electronically via the participants account. All receipts received during Coupon Period will be reviewed and validated within twenty-four (24) hours. Program valid only in the U.S. and void where prohibited. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning the Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No requests for exchanges, or cash equivalent for the Coupon will be considered and no substitutions will be made, except in Sponsor s sole discretion. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor or its affiliates for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled delivery. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Program or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. Receipts obtained through unauthorized means or illegitimate channels will be void. Receipts that cannot be validated for any reason will be rejected. For example only, and not an all-inclusive list, a receipt will be rejected if it: (i) fails to pass anti-fraud detection measures; (ii) is unauthorized, fake, or has been illegitimately obtained; (iii) contains any messages, code or other markings not recognized by the administrator; (iv) contains printing or other errors; (v) is illegible, unreadable or blank; (vi) has been previously used; (vii) reflects the use of more than an authorized number of coupons for the qualifying purchase; or (viii) is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted. Receipts and Coupons cannot be sold, traded, auctioned or bartered; all of which will be void. Duplicate requests and requests from resellers, dealers/distributors, their employees or warehouse facilities, groups, clubs or organizations will be void. All receipts and Receipt Photos submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Program is void where taxed, prohibited, or restricted by law. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud rules and regulations. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All receipts, Receipt Photos and entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual s eligibility to participate in this Program; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any submission and/or other information for the purposes of this Program; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Program in accordance with the Sponsor s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions. Failure to provide such

4 proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures etc.) or attempted transmission of a submission or of attempted submission of any communication, does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by the Program computers or Sponsor. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Program will be the official timekeeping device(s) used by the Sponsor. 5. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS. Sponsor is not responsible for any malfunction or inconvenience that may occur. Receipts obtained through unauthorized means or illegitimate channels will be void. Receipts cannot be sold, traded, auctioned, or bartered; all of which will be void. Duplicate requests and requests from resellers, dealers/distributors, their employees or warehouse facilities, groups, clubs or organizations will be void. All requests become the property of Released Parties (as defined below) and will not be returned. Program is void where prohibited. By participating in the Program, you agree (i) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Snipp Interactive, and their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, Released Parties ) from any liability or damages which may arise out of participation in the Program or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any product or service attained through this Program. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, delayed, inaccurate, garbled, undelivered, misdirected receipts, Coupon requests, , texts, or mail, or other errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with the Program, whether printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Program or in any Programrelated materials. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Program, who are acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner or who are otherwise not in compliance with these

Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Program. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Program or utilized by the participant, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network, cellular network, or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access the Website or online service, or for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL RELEASEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (COLLECTIVELY, DAMAGES ) ARISING OUT OF THE OFFER, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE FOREGOING OR ANY OF THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. 8. CONSTRUCTION/DISPUTES. By participating, each participant agrees that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of participant and the Sponsor in connection with the Offer, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York. 9. PRIVACY POLICY. Any personally identifiable information collected from Participant during participation in the Program will be collected by Program Sponsor or its agents, and used by Program Sponsor and its respective affiliated companies and agents for administration and fulfillment of this Program as described in these Terms and Conditions, and in accordance with Program Sponsor s Privacy Policy as stated at SPONSOR.
