Industry Disaster Recovery Tests are scheduled in the NSW, WA and SA Markets on the following dates: NSW: 30th October 2013 WA: 13th November 2013 SA: 27th November 2013 RG Being an Industry Disaster Recovery Test, CGI and the respective Market Operators expect all participants to take part. This is an important opportunity for participants to familiarise themselves with the procedures to be followed in the event of a GRMBS or GRMS Disaster Recovery event. While the likelihood of it occurring is small it is still essential that all participants have confidence in their ability to handle their market transactions should such an event arise. The Help Desk will be preparing Industry Disaster Recovery Test Plan documents that will be provided to participants two weeks before the scheduled test. 3 Combined NSW SA SA participants will receive a DR Plan document by 13th November CGI will carry out Microsoft Security Patching on the following dates: In NSW market on 25th September 2013 at 7:30pm AEST In SA market on 2nd October 2013 at 7:30pm AEST In WA market on 3rd October 2013 at 5pm AEST Notifications will be sent to participants on completion of the Microsoft Security Patching process. Daylight Savings will start in NSW on Sunday 6th October 2013 at 2am. General Operations The hub had a few performance degradation issues during the reporting period. 4 As reported previously, a set of certificates generated under a new Certification Authority set up by AEMO are ready to be implemented in the test environment. As various participants have been busy with various tests using the hub preprod environment, and did not want to be inconvenienced, the application of the new certificates has been postponed. An implementation plan will be sent out to the market to schedule the certificates changeover when it is least inconvenient to the participants. 3. _ Changes to the Participant User Guide As has been conveyed previously, the hub servers are in the process of being relocated. Until further notice, do not use the DNS identifiers like or test.frchub.net. Please use only the IP addresses. 4. _ Hub servers relocation The hub applications have been fully configured on the new test server, and have been tested to work as expected. The functionality of the applications remains the same as before. 5. _ SA ROLR tests using the hub preprod environment The Responders and the preprod hub are being used currently to their full capacity. Most of the traffic is likely due to the SA ROLR tests. Due to the load, it is possible that there might be outages caused due to various reasons. Attempts will be made to make the applications available quickly. However, it is requested that load testing be avoided. M Spusic requestsed the Hub report to be circulated prior to the minutes. A Screen commented on server changeover, with use of IP the opposite of what to expect (URL instead). B Naik advised it comes down to Hansen management (of the servers), easier to use IP addresses as will have two sets of servers in preprod, so will have different IPs. This will revert to URL after the servers are migrated to AEMO, in February/March Gas Hub network access arrangements. 5 GMI for gas hub terms and conditions Update Versions to be published on website by 1 oct. 16 ASWG Report - Review of Aust standards on address fields. Nothing happening with that. In AGL someone was rasing need for structured international address. Note schema does not have ability to support. Would require upgrade to client info. Only unstructured now. - Schema r33 proposed for end of year to add in solar forecasting. Seems want to rename wind forecasting to intermittent forecasting (or deprecate it). Expecting CR before October cutoff date. Not received changes for adding solar forecasting. Industry has agreed to default optional versioning. Use r33 as basis. Temporary version. - Electricity question on removing CDN transaction. A Screen raised in that meeting it is not something we would normally do. Can take item off. Proposed to leave in schema. - Haven t had any feedback on update to enumeratons duplication Industry (Gas) approach for enumerations changes given rejection of fast track process due to no defined benefit from feedback. Discussion Option 3 accepted. backends. Remove duplicates from schema but allow in A Screen raised question on how is industry going to handle if participants have duplication in backend, and send wrong enumeration, invalid in the schema. Needs to be clear for how industry is to handle rejections. GRCF probably to deal with it unless they delegate to ITDF. Risk to raise mainly when the sender is creating documents manually for sending. Action for to take to GRCF. 17 Combined Other Business. Chair 17.3 Decomissioned sites with actual reads. Providing another report to affected participants. Update 17.4 MIRN Structure document / MIRN allocations. Low priority on work program. Just a guideline. Will consult on the guideline. Prudential dashboard for VIC wholesale. W Lee provided advice from S Grierson regarding release 33. Release 33 is in PreProduction. The primary changes are: o DWGM Prudential Dashboard. Focus is on Settlements managers to test. o Upgrade of Pramati/Java for DWGM and STTM. AEMO currently in progress to perform a Sybase upgrade of the STTM System to Sybase Interested in whether Market Participants would like the opportunity to perform PreProduction Testing. The project is currently being reprogrammed, and PreProd is being scheduled in the Nov- Dec period 23 V-ITDF Other Business. With IT services, lot more cloud service. AGL starting to federate authentication. Raised with Tim Daly, for controlling accounts, eg MSATS. Would like that seen on roadmaps that AEMO might be doing. Enumeration duplicates to be removed. Still waiting for GRCF list back.
