1 Registration Guide: This Guide will assist you though the Online registration process for Parents' Weekend Required fields are indicated with an asterisk Promo code will be preset, if you are missing promo code, type PW2016 in the field and click "Submit" To start your registration, you will need to create an account with the Stanford Ticket Office or log in to your existing Stanford Ticket Office account. Clicking here will take you to the REGISTER page If you do not have a Stanford ticket Office account and need to create one, click the "Register" tab Clicking here will take you to the LOGIN page Clicking here will take you to the Stanford ticket Office Contact us page Clicking View All Items will take you to the Stanford Ticket Office general event calendar. 2 LOGIN PAGE Log in to your existing Stanford Ticket Office account If you have an existing Stanford ticket office account, but do not remember your login, click on "Forgot Your Login" To Log in to your existing Stanford Ticket Office account, enter your address and password in the fields provided, and click "Login"

3 FORGOT YOUR LOGIN PAGE If you have an existing Stanford ticket office account, but do not remember your login, clicking on "Forgot Your Login" will bring you to this page To reset your login, enter your address and click My Information. An will be sent to the address provided, if you have an existing Stanford Ticket Office account registered to that address. Follow the instructions in the to reset your login.

4 REGISTER PAGE If you do not have a Stanford ticket Office account and need to create one, clicking on the "Register" tab will bring you to this page To create a new account, complete the fields provided. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk. After you have entered all required information, click "Register Click "Register" to create your Stanford Ticket Office account

5 Promo code will be preset, if you are missing promo code, type PW2016 in the field and click "Submit" Click and select the number of family members attending Parents Weekend. Please include yourself in the count. Do not include your Stanford student(s) in the count For those registering for the first time select this option. If you select this option, please contact the Stanford Ticket Office directly to make changes. The Stanford Ticket Office can be reached via at: u or via phone at: (Monday Friday 10:00 AM 5:00 PM) Clicking View All Items will take you to the Stanford Ticket Office general event calendar. To return to your registration, click the back arrow on your Internet browser. Enter your information into the fields provided. Please list only one name per field and as you would like them to appear on your name badge.

6 List the names of additional family members in the fields provided. If you have more than five family members attending, list their first name first, followed by last name or surname, and relationship. List each additional family member on a separate line. Example: Jane Doe, Sister John Doe, Brother Enter student information into the fields If you have more than one student attending Stanford, please list your additional student s first name, last name or surname, and class year in the text box. List each additional student on a separate line. Example: Jane Doe, 2016 John Doe, 2017 Check "I agree" after reading important message After you have completed all the necessary fields, click Register to continue through the registration process.

7 Remember registration is free and you will not be required to enter any payment information. These numbers represent the number of family members you have registered for Parents Weekend. Click Proceed to Checkout to continue the registration process. Clicking Continue Shopping will take you to the Stanford Ticket Office general event calendar. To return to your registration, click the back arrow on your Internet browser.

8 Please note registration is free and you will not be required to enter any payment information. All registration packets will be available for pick up at check in. Details will be provided in your registration confirmation. These numbers represent the number of family members you have registered for Parents Weekend. Please pick up your registration packet at the Parents Weekend check-in at the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center. Only those who register and pick up their registration packet will have access to the many Parents' Weekend events around campus.
