1 This document is intended to help Parents understand the process involved when trying to add money to a child s lunch account. If you need assistance beyond this document, please call and ask for Pat Booth or Jason Kurth. CHANGE We are using a new food service system. The new food service module is part of our Infinite Campus Student Information System. Previously, the district used School Dining System also known as SDS. Text Only Instructions Depositing money using PaySchools 1. Log into the Parent Portal. a. Under District Notices, look for a link named "Click here for PaySchools" and click on it. 2. The next page is the Campus/PaySchools page. It requires your Portal username and password. STOP 3. Did you enter your Parent Portal username and password? This is where many parents are getting stuck. You do NOT enter your PaySchools username and password for this step. Your Parent Portal username and password is required. 4. If you are successful, you can enter the amount you wish to deposit. You have to click on Checkout twice -- the second time to verify the amount. 5. After the second Checkout button, you will be taken the PaySchools site. This page requires you to use your address for the login. Your password is whatever you setup originally with PaySchools. If you've forgotten, try clicking on the "Forgot Password".

2 Text/Picture Instructions If you go to our website you ll see a button along the right hand side - - Parent/Student Campus Portal. Click on that button. A parent portal account is required in order to make an on-line deposit. As you can see in on the graphic, if you don t have an account, you can call , press 3 and speak to Pat Booth. You may also portal@fairfieldsfuture.org Log into Parent Portal with your username and password.

3 This next graphic shows what the Portal looks like to parents. Notice that there is a link named Click here for PaySchools. Click on that link. The next screen asks you to log in again. This is the PaySchools/Infinite Campus login screen. Log in using your Campus Parent Portal username and password.

4 Once you are logged in, you should see your children listed. It is on this screen that you designate the amount you will deposit for each child. Enter the amount of the deposit and click the + sign. When you are done, click on the Checkout button. On this next screen you will have the opportunity to confirm the amounts entered. Click the Check Out button one final time to proceed.

5 This next screen is asking you to sign into the main PaySchools on-line payment processing site. If you are a first time user, you will need to create an account.

6 * If you had an account but can t remember your password, click on the link named Forgot your password or address? * If your address has changed, you can sign up for a new account - - just follow the same process a first time user would follow. You have the option of paying with an e-check or a credit card. If you are successful, you ll receive an confirmation with minutes of completing the transaction. The deposit is available in your child s account immediately. Should

7 there be a problem with your credit card or bank account, the deposit could be reversed.
