Preferred Family Healthcare (PFH) offers a secure online environment for employees to view their pay stubs*, current benefit enrollments, and confirm personal information. Access the Workforce Ready (WFR) system using this unique link: Your user name is your first initial + last name + last four digits of your social security number (SSN). Your default password is your entire nine digit SSN without dashes. For example: User name: kwhite1234 Password: ######### You will be prompted to reset your password at your initial login. Your password must span at least 8 characters in length and include a combination of at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol. If you have difficulty remembering your password, use the Problems Logging In? link located on the login page. To further protect your personal information, WFR utilizes multi-factor authentication. When accessing your WFR profile on a new device, you must select to receive a randomly generated six-digit authentication code by , mobile text, or phone call. Upon receiving the code, you must enter it in the login window to receive access. You will be provided the option to remember the device to forgo this verification process in the future. Always on-the-go? Check out the mobile app! In your app store, search for "workforce ready" and choose the app selection shown at the left. Once you've installed the WFR app, you'll need to enter the Company ID upon your first login. PFH's company ID is Your user name and password will remain the same as the web-based WFR portal. *Employees who receive pay checks via direct deposit may access pay stubs via Workforce Ready. PFH will not print and provide pay stubs for direct deposit recipients. Pay stub advisories may be available in Workforce Ready up to two (2) days prior to the scheduled pay date. Page 1 of 7
2 Navigating the security features of Workforce Ready: Initial Login Your user name is your first initial + last name + last four digits of your social security number (SSN). Your Old Password is your 9 digit SSN without dashes. You will be prompted to confirm your contact information to receive the randomly generated six-digit authentication code. You can provide up to three contact points: Text message number Voice Phone # address These contact options will be automatically pre-populated with information recorded in your profile by the HR team. If you would like to change the contact information, just click in in the text box and type your updated information. Once you have confirmed all information is correct, click Save. You will then be routed to the Workforce Ready portal and free to navigate to your employee information. Page 2 of 7
3 Navigating the security features of Workforce Ready: Second Login Login to Workforce Ready using your unique username and the 8 character password you set upon your first login. Remember, your password is 8 characters long and contains a combination of: at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, at least one number, and and at least one symbol (for $, etc.). If you are unable to recall your password, use the Problems Logging In? link to reset it. Users are locked out of Workforce Ready following five invalid password attempts. If you are locked out, please adminsupport@pfh.org to request a reset of your Workforce Ready account. You will be prompted to select a communication option to receive a virtual code to validate your identity. You may choose one of three options: Text Message Voice Call Select the method you prefer by clicking the round button located to the left of the communication option. Then click the command button to Send / Text / Voice. It may take a few minutes for the virtual code message to reach you by text, , or voice phone. Monitor your inbox and/or phone closely. Here s an example of how a virtual code text message may appear: Page 3 of 7 Once the message arrives, type the six digit code provided in the text box as indicated on your login screen. Virtual codes expire within a few minutes, so you must act quickly to prevent time-out. Users are locked out of Workforce Ready indefinitely following 10 invalid virtual code attempts. Please enter the code carefully. You may mark the checkbox below to prompt the system to remember your login on the specific device (computer, tablet, phone, etc.) from which you are logging in to prevent repeating the virtual code process. Click Continue to enter Workforce Ready and navigate to your employee information. During follow-up logins on the same device, you will not be required to repeat the virtual code security process.
4 Updating Your Security Information in Workforce Ready Login to Workforce Ready using your unique username and the 8 character password you set upon your first login. Remember, your password is 8 characters long and contains a combination of: at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, at least one number, and and at least one symbol (for $, etc.). If you are unable to recall your password, use the Problems Logging In? link to reset it. Users are locked out of Workforce Ready following five invalid password attempts. If you are locked out, please adminsupport@pfh.org to request a reset of your Workforce Ready account. After logging into Workforce Ready, select the My Account option on the menu bar and navigate to My Settings. On the pop-up menu that appears to the right, you can select to update your security settings in three different ways: Change Password Change Security Question Change Virtual Code Settings Select the security setting you wish to update. You can change your password by typing your old (current) password and typing a new password twice to confirm. Click the Change Password command button on the menu bar located at the bottom of the screen to confirm your password change. Page 4 of 7
5 You can also choose to set a security question to assist you in the future if you must reset your password using the Problems Logging In? link. A security question is not required to reset your password using this method, but may be preferable to you. As a user, you may determine the content of you security question. Type the security question you wish to answer. Type the answer to your question and confirm by typing your current password. Click Change Security Question to update your information. You can also choose to change the virtual code settings approved for your account. This allows you to update the contact information used to provide you the virtual code for identity validation when logging into Workforce Ready from a new device. Edit your contact information for Text Message, Voice Phone, or by typing over the current information. Enter your current password to confirm. Click Change Virtual Code Settings Information to update as desired. Page 5 of 7
6 Resetting Your Password Using Problems Logging In? If you are unable to recall your password, select the Problems Logging In? link located in the lower left corner of the login box to reset your password. If your account is locked due to invalid password attempts, use of the Problems Logging In? link will not unlock your account. Please contact HR at to request a reset of your Workforce Ready account. You will be prompted to enter your unique username. You username is your first initial + last name + last four digits of your social security number. For example: kwhite1234 Click Continue. You will be prompted to enter your complete 9 digit social security number without dashes. For example: Click Continue. **If you have defined a security question for yourself within the Workforce Ready portal, you will instead be prompted to enter the answer for your security question. 7 You will be prompted to set a new password. Your password must span at least 8 characters in length and include a combination of at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, at least one number, and at least one symbol (for $, etc.). You must type your password a second time to confirm information is entered correctly. Click Continue. Upon acceptance of your new password, you will be routed to the login page and receive a confirmation message that your password was changed. Please login using your new password to access your employee information. Page 7 of 7
