AMP s focus is on providing our sales professionals with a tool that enhances relationships and saves time. Our goal is to put Sales Professionals in the right place, at the right time, enough times. AMP Overview AMP is a digital marketing platform that we use to build and send strategic marketing campaigns directly to customers and capture and send analytics to sales professionals. AMP is a custom, one of a kind tool designed to help you stay top of mind with customers and prospects. At the same time, AMP will provide valuable insights and opportunities from your existing customers and prospects. AMP has many capabilities the main functions of the platform are Central Campaigns, Custom Campaigns, and Analytics.
2 AMP Subscription Levels & Pricing There are two levels of user subscription for the program, basic and premium, that will be further defined. Some features are only available to the premium subscription. All subscriptions are annual (12 months). Package: Basic Premium Features included: Bi-Monthly Personalized Campaigns sent on your behalf Performance Reporting Click Lists Monthly Contact Record Updates Bi-Monthly Personalized Campaigns Daily, Weekly, and Monthly analytics delivered to your inbox Interesting Moment notifications 1 direct mail piece per month to all engaged contacts Personalized website with ecommerce and web analytics Dynamics 365 CRM and Sales Insight access Lead-level analytical detail Optional Outlook plugin Eligibility for creating optional custom campaigns Support and training from the AMP Support Team 1-on-1 review with Albrecht Business Development Team Must provide contact list Price: Go to to register. AMP Technologies Free No Annual Fee albrechtco.com . Contact list $1,200 Annually (includes website) The Albrecht Marketing Platform is comprised of three extremely powerful software systems. All three systems are integrated to work seamlessly together. 1. Marketo Campaign engineering, implementation, automation, analytics, and reporting. 2. Dynamics 365 CRM* (Customer Resource Management) Editing contacts, viewing contact-level tracking detail. 3. Albrecht Website Corporate and personalized websites, Custom Product feed, ecommerce.
3 Central Campaigns Central campaigns are the most efficient way to build brand awareness and recognition and deepen relationships with customers. Personalized, mobile responsive, custom designed s are sent twice per month to your provided contact list. s are linked back to a landing page, product page, and/or product category. Personalized s are linked back to your personalized website and all site traffic from leads is tracked. * One Direct Mail piece per-month is sent to any contacts who have engaged with a specified and have a physical address.* Analytics are reported for each campaign. Analytics are also reported on a per-customer level* Custom Campaigns* Custom campaigns are a very effective way to customize your message to fit your customers. Target-market to specific customers or segments by identifying common threads in your database and identify how to tailor your messaging. Custom campaigns can be, but are not limited to campaigns and can be operational. These campaigns can range from a one-time tradeshow invite to a fully custom twelve-month marketing calendar. Every custom campaign is, well, custom, therefore price and timeline will be quoted per-project. For reference, one custom campaign and landing page can range from $75 - $1,000. Contact the Albrecht Marketing Department and fill-out the AMP Custom Campaign Creative Brief to get started. *Only Premium Users of AMP qualify for custom campaigns.
4 Analytics & Insights Analytics and reporting are the strongest and most useful aspect of the platform. We track who is clicking and what they are clicking on in all s. The activity of each person is tracked and then sent to the Sales Professional s automatically. The most important Insight from any campaign is the list of people who clicked on the . This smart list is generated and sent to your inbox. performance reports are useful to quickly measure the number and percentage of people who have opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed, etc. from all of your campaigns. Web activity reports will show activity on your personalized website. This will be reported daily. Dynamics 365 CRM is used to see the individual activity history of each person*. Dynamics is also employed to show the Best-bets tab. The Best Bets tab shows your most engaged and who a Lead Feed to show in live-time any interactions with your digital content. Database Your database is key to unlocking the potential of AMP. To take full-advantage of the platform it is extremely important that you have the most complete and up-to-date information. Segmenting lists is impossible without the data to do so. Start by updating your existing contacts and placing them into the AMP import Template Excel file. Proceed to fill-in any missing information you can gather. For basic users, updates to the system can be made once monthly and will be updated within one week of submission. All updates must be submitted Premium users will manage their database from Dynamics 365 CRM.
