The next paragraphs explain: PART 1 Basic infrmatin and general guidelines f esuppliercnnect. 5 2 Abut esuppliercnnect esuppliercnnect is the Fiat Chrysler Autmbiles (fllwing referenced as FCA) suppliers prtal thrugh which the suppliers partners will be able t access applicatins, resurces and cmmunicatins. esuppliercnnect grants: A unified access pint fr all FCA suppliers; Multi-purpse prtal cntent, nt nly related t Purchasing needs; A single supplier prtal t gather infrmatin; Faster user ID prvisining and management; Ease f access t applicatins with a single sign n. 7 2.1 Prtal Structure The Glbal Hme Page has the fllwing structure (Annymus Area): In the table belw is a quick explanatin f each sectin: 1 Welcme area. This header area cntains the welcme message; 2 Lg in and main sectin selectin. This sectin cntains links t the Lgin page, Supprt Area and Self-Registratin (fr infrmatin please see the next chapter); Ntice that within a Regin Page, a new user can cmplete the self-registratin prcess t request access t esuppliercnnect (this prcess is detailed in chapter 3 f the present manual) Crprate news. This sectin includes general news and annuncements In the sptlight. This sectin includes feature stries related t Fiat Chrysler Autmbiles; Fter area. This sectin cntains links that allw yu t filter news and infrmatin based n the selected Regin (i.e. EMEA r NAFTA). In additin, yu can find infrmatin abut terms f use and privacy plicy f the Prtal. 8 2.2 Actrs (External Users) The esuppliercnnect s prtal cntent and functinalities presented t the user depend n the access mde. Frm an esuppliercnnect perspective, each external user belngs t ne f the fllwing user categries: Supplier Security Administratr (SSA). A supplier security administratr can: request access t applicatins; create specific supplier users; lck and unlck users; assciate applicatins t user IDs; clne a user; reset the passwrd f a user; create an Administratin Grup; An SSA culd be: ROOT Administratr: A Rt Administratr is the SSA f all the cmpany. The user with this rle will be the persn in charge f all the cmpany and all the users created int the system fr his/her cmpany; BASIC Administratr: A Basic Administratr is the SSA f his/her wn Administratin Grup subset f the cmpany and all the users created int the system fr his/her Administratin Grup and the Grups underneath; End User. An end user can: use the applicatins available fr him/her; request access t extra applicatins, and/r supplier cdes, available fr his/her rganizatin. Annymus user (lg in is nt required). An Annymus User can: Navigate in the Annymus Area Self-register t the prtal Nte: Supplier Security Administratrs can als perfrm end user activities. Page 8/32 January 15 th, 2017 v9.4
9 2.3 Organizatin and Administratin Structure A new external user registratin int esuppliercnnect (the very first ne) starts the definitin f the rganizatinal structure f the supplier cmpany triggering the creatin f the ROOT Administratin Grup that is the header f the cmpany; this grup must have at least a user with ROOT Administratr rle. All the supplier cdes that belng t a cmpany are assigned t the ROOT Administratin Grup and the Rt Administratr is the persn in charge t manage them in esuppliercnnect. The Rt Administratr can divide its cmpany in subsets (delegated administratin) and assign part f the supplier cdes f the cmpany t the different subsets; these subsets are called Basic Administratin Grups. A Basic Administratin Grup cnnects a subset f supplier cdes with certain characteristics (Regin, Cuntry, Subsidiaries, etc.). The real cntent f a gruping level, its rganizatin and usage is an ptin input by the rt administratr. Page 9/32 January 15 th, 2017 v9.4
10 Cnsider the fllwing example: The ROOT Administratin grup fr a supplier is Grup Wrld ; Under Grup Wrld, there are tw different BASIC Administratin Grups: Regin NAFTA Regin EU ; Regin NAFTA and Regin EU are tw different entities that can manage their wn cdes and their wn structure subset. Regin NAFTA has three different BASIC Administratin Grups: Cuntry USA ; Cuntry CANADA ; Cuntry MEXICO ; All these grups are different entities that can manage their wn cdes and their wn structure subset. The system shws the rganizatinal structure using different icns fr each grup type: Rt Administratin Grup; Basic Administratin Grup. 12 3 Self-Service Registratin This sectin describes the prcess t register t esuppliercnnect as a new user explaining hw t start the self-registratin prcess and hw t register as a Supplier Security Administratr r as an End User. 3.1 Self-Registratin Path and Steps Frm the Glbal Hme [Page], yu can start the self-registratin prcess by clicking the Register as a New User in the left side menu.) 13 3.1.1 Self-Registratin First User f an Organizatin After selecting Register as a New User a new windw is pened. General Rules The self-registratin steps are the same fr bth administratin users and end users wh have t be activated t perate in esuppliercnnect. T successfully cmplete the self-registratin prcess, it is required t fill in all the mandatry fields in the frms. In the tp f the page (left crner), a navigatin bar shws the required steps t cmplete the selfregistratin. This als wrks as a prgress bar as it highlights the current step in blue). 14 Insert the infrmatin related t yur cmpany In this sectin the fllwing data fields are required as mandatry ( * ): Main FCA Regin f interest: This refers t the regin where yur main FCA partner is lcated (i.e. NAFTA, LATAM r EMEA); Supplier Cde: The supplier cde assigned t each vendr by FCA. This cde is related t the regin previusly selected; Cmpany Name. The supplier cmpany name. 20 GATEWAY: Nt the first user fr the Organizatin Chse the type f the user yu want t create, the ptins are: Register as a New User The End User can: Request new applicatins Access Applicatins that have been apprved by SSA Mdify applicatin access in terms f Supplier Cdes and Rles Manage Persnal Master Data Manage Favrites, Resurces and Applicatins Read imprtant cmmunicatins sent by FCA t the Suppliers Register as a New Supplier Security Administratr The SSA has the same access as an End User and can als: Manage their wn cmpany s end users (e.g. Add, Change, Delete, and Authrize user IDs) Manage their wn cmpany s administratin grup structure (e.g. Nminating ther administratrs, Creating new administratin grups) Page 20/32 January 15 th, 2017 v9.4

Select Submit buttn t cmplete the prcess and send the request t the apprver. The persn in charge t apprve the request is ne f the Supplier Security Administratr f the Administratin Grup chsen during the Select Administratin Grup step, wh may apprve r reject yur request. 25 4 User ID Recvery Functin This sectin describes the prcess t recver a esuppliercnnect User ID starting frm the address used fr the registratin t the prtal. 26 1 2 3 T recver the missing User ID it is necessary t cmplete the fllwing steps: 1) insert the address that had been prvided fr the registratin t esuppliercnnect prtal. 2) insert the CAPTCHA security cde (case unsensitive). 3) select the Next buttn t start the recvering peratin. A specific errr message will be displayed fr the fllwing errrs: a) Incrrect frmat b) Incrrect CAPTCHA cde c) Inserted nt fund in the system T refresh the CAPTCHA cde click n the circle arrws next t the CAPTCHA security cde image. The pssible actins are the fllwing: 1) User ID enabled: Clicking n the link Please reset my passwrd will pen the brwser displaying a bx cntaining the infrmatin n hw t self-reset the passwrd.
