3 I. Accessing the Site Type into the web address box as indicated by the red arrow on the image below. II. Registering for the elearning for the elearning Courseourse Interested participants can register to dumonde s elearning course through these 4 easy steps. Step 1 - Visit dumonde's elearning page Step 2 - Click to enroll Step 3 - Complete payment step 4 - Access elearning course Step 1 - Visit dumonde's elearning page Visit our website at Go to Main Menu which can be found on the upper right side of the page and click on elearning link or specific elearning course title. 3

4 When you enter the dumonde Training elearning Catalogue, you will be presented with the list of elearning courses. Click 'Learn More' button to visit the chosen online course you wish to register. This will take you into the selected e-leaning course page where you can find the course description and benefits of enrolling to the course. Step 2 - Click to enroll On the selected elearning course page, click on Enroll Now' button to register for the course. For Registered Users, log in your username and password to proceed. For New Users, please complete the Sign Up form to register your user details. Click on "Create Your Account" button to complete account creation. 4

5 Note: Please make sure your username does not contain any spaces and is in lowercase. Example of suitable username: dumonduserexample Your password should be a minimum of 6 characters long and must have at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase and one number.. Example of suitable password: dumonde1234 Please fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk You will automatically receive an confirming your registration, username and password. Step 3 Complete payment Once logged in, you will be directed to the Order Summary. Click the 'Place Order' button at the bottom page to confirm your purchase. 5

6 You will automatically receive an HTML confirming your Invoice Summary. Also, the HTML contains download links to access the latest elearning user guide and online support FAQ. You will then be directed to the Credit Card Payment Page. Provide your credit card information and click the 'Pay Now' button to proceed with your purchase. Note that your information and payment for this purchase is processed securely by BrainTree. The next screen informs you of your payment status. If your payment is successful, you should receive a welcome . 6

Retry purchase by logging into our website using your registered account and repurchasing your selected elearning course. Logging in instructions can be found in the next chapter. 7

8 Step 4 Access elearning course Once you have completed account registration and payment process is successful, you may access dumonde s elearning course by logging in. Logging in instructions and navigating your elearning account page can be found in the next chapter. III. Logging In Go to our website at Click on the Log-in link found on the Main Menu. Alternatively, you may type into the web address box to directly access the log-in panel. 8

9 Type in your registered username and password to proceed log-in. Once logged in, you will see your elearning dashboard displayed. This allows you to launch the courses you have purchased and currently enrolled into. Click the 'Go to Course' button to access the elearning webpages. You will be directed to the Moodle elearning Dashboard where all your purchased online courses will be displayed. Click the elearning course title you wish to access. 9

10 IV. Viewing Course Presentation A successful login directs you to your elearning Dashboard. The Dashboard allows you to view and launch the courses you registered. Simply click the course title and it will launch and start your selected elearning presentation. 10

11 V. Troubleshooting & FAQs A. Forgot your password? If you need assistance in remembering your password, we can help by sending you an . Visit Forgot Password page by clicking the 'Forgot Password" link found in the login panel. Enter your account address and select Submit button. Check your containing your password. 11

12 B. Forgot your username? To recover your username, visit Forgot Username page by clicking the 'Forgot Username" link found in the login panel. Enter the address used to register your account. We'll send your username to your right away. C. How to access and download the elearning User Guide? 12
