Account Creation Fleet Fuel Management Referral Program First Time User Instruction Kit Contact Quick Fuel Customer Support at for information about fuel programs and delivery options. -OR- Complete and submit the Fuel Quote Form located on Hertz s Fleet Fuel Management page. Once the form is submitted, a Quick Fuel Representative will contact you about account set-up options. A Payment Method will need to be selected to start the account set up process. You will have the option to apply for Terms or Credit Card. Applying for Terms will take 24 to 48 hours for approval results while paying via Credit Card can be completed immediately. 2. Payment Options Available Billing with Terms For billing with terms, please see page 5-7 to complete the credit application. Once the form is submitted, it will be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Once Terms have been determined you will be notified by a representative that will provide you with your new account number. You will then be able to proceed to place your fuel order. Credit Card If you would prefer to open an account using a Major Credit Card click on the Fuel Quote Form listed on the Hertz Fleet Fuel Management Page. Complete the information listed, once submitted a representative will contact you to discuss your delivery request and payment options. Per your account requirements we can store your Credit Card information via a secured program for all future deliveries or process your payment per delivery. 3. Place a Fuel Order To place a fuel order, complete and submit the Order Fuel Form located on Hertz s Fleet Fuel Management. You may also contact a Quick Fuel Customer Support Representative via: - Toll Free (800) SSSTeam@jacobusenergy.com All requests will be responded to within 24 Hours.
2 4. Reporting Capabilities Click on User Login to set up a Customer Portal User Account. 5. FAQ Instruction Kit/Forms Q: I m having problems filling out the forms. A: If you are unable to fill out the forms or have any questions about fuel deliveries, call Quick Fuel Customer Support at Q: I m already a Quick Fuel customer. Do I have to fill out all the forms every time I need a delivery? A: If you are already a Quick Fuel customer, your payment information will be on file and you can click on ORDER FUEL without resubmitting payment information. Q: This is the first time I ve ordered fuel from Quick Fuel. How do I get started? A: You can get a FUEL QUOTE by clicking on the link on Hertz s Fleet Fuel Management page. A Quick Fuel representative will contact you to discuss your fuel needs. Then, you select a payment option and place an order. Or, you can start by simply calling Quick Fuel Customer Support at Q: How would I find out if Quick Fuel delivers to my area? A: Click on the Coverage Map link, you will be routed to the Mobile Refueling Markets Served Page, once here click on the Find Fuel button. You will be then sent to the Contact Us Page that will allow you to the SSS Team for location availability information. 6. FAQ Quick Fuel Customer Portal Q: Why can t I access the QuickNet Customer Portal? A: It may be a compatibility issue. In Internet Explorer, click on Tools. Click on the Compatibility View option. When you go into Tools again, you ll see that Compatibility View has a check mark next to it. The QuickNet customer portal works best with Internet Explorer 9; if you have a higher version, you may need to run in compatibility mode.
3 Q: Do I need to disable my pop-up blocker to view information on the portal? A: Yes. Some pages display as pop-up windows. To disable pop-up blocker for IE 8 or 9: 1. Click on Tools. 2. Click on Turn Off Pop-up Blocker. To disable pop-up blocker for IE 9,10, and 11: 1. Click the Settings or Gear icon in the Internet Explorer toolbar. 2. Click on Intranet Options 3. Click on the Privacy tab. 4. Uncheck the Turn on Pop-up Blocker box. 5. Click OK. To disable pop-up blocker for Google Chrome: 1. Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) 2. Click on Settings. 3. Click Advanced Settings. 4. Select Privacy and then click Content Settings button. 5. In the Pop-ups section, select Allow all sites to show pop-ups. Q: What if I forget my password? How do I get a new one? A: On the Login page, click on Forgot Password. You will be prompted to enter your User Name. An will be sent to the address associated with your User Name. If you still have problems, please contact Quick Fuel Customer Service at Q: How do I reset my password? A: If you need to reset your password, please follow these steps. This includes times when you get a long password from the system that includes many characters and symbols. 1. Click on Account Profile in left column 2. Type in your old/current password 3. Type in your new password 4. Verify your new password 5. Click Save. Q: How do I schedule a report to be ed to me? A: Click on the Add/Edit Schedule link under Scheduled Reports on the left side navigation panel, at the bottom. Follow the prompts to select the report you want, the format you want, and additional details. Note: This is currently available only for mobile refueling customers. This feature is coming soon for automated fueling stations as well.
4 Q: I want to export a report to Excel, but the formatting doesn t allow me to manipulate it easily in Excel. How can I fix this? A: Select CSV (comma delimited) as your export option instead of Excel. The report will open in Excel without any special formatting. Simply save the report as an Excel file. Q: How do I delete a user? (for example, if a user is no longer employed by your company) A: Call Quick Fuel Customer Service at Q: How is my payment information secured in the portal? A: The DirectBiller online payment service is provided to you by Jacobus Energy, Inc. and Quick Fuel Fleet Services, LLC and administered by Aliaswire. Aliaswire complies with a wide variety of industry regulations and standards including ISO27001/17799, PCI, MasterCard SDP, Visa PCI, SAS 70, HIPAA and more. IMPORTANT: Employees of Jacobus Energy/Quick Fuel/Quickflash do not have access to credit card or banking information.
