3 How to Activate New Account Required web browser: latest version of Google Chrome 1. Go to 2. Input address and Password, then click LOGIN 3. Input initial password in Current Password and new password in New Password and Verify Password, then click SUBMIT 3

4 4. Click CLOSE, and it will redirect to the login page again 5. Login again with the address and New password, then click LOGIN to login Cloud Mail 4

5 How to Compose a New Message 1. Click New message under Mail tab 2. Input the address of the message receiver, subject, attachment and content Click Send to send the Click Save as draft to save the as draft; clicking Close will autosave the as a draft and close the message editing page Click Spell check to check spelling of the message 5

6 How to View and Edit the Draft 1. Click Drafts under Mail tab, then check the box to select the message for further actions: Click Delete to delete the selected message; More actions for Mail actions or Move to folder Click subject to View/Edit/Send the saved message draft How to View Sent Messages 1. Click Sent under Mail tab, then check the box to select the message for further actions: Click Delete to delete the selected message; More actions for Mail actions or Move to folder Click subject to view the sent message 6

7 How to View Spam Messages 1. Click Spam under Mail tab, then check the box to select the message for further actions: Click Delete to delete the selected message; More actions for Mail actions or Move to folder Click Not spam and Cloud Mail will treat that message as a normal message (only applies to that specific end user account) Click Empty Spam to delete all spam messages in the Spam folder Click subject to view the spam message 7

8 How to View Messages in the Trash Folder 1. When user click Delete to delete an message, it will be moved to the Trash folder 2. Click Trash under Mail tab, then check the box to select the message for further actions: Click Delete to delete the selected message; More actions for Mail actions or Move to folder Click Empty Trash to delete all trash messages in the Trash folder Click subject to view the trash 8

9 How to Add an Folder 1. Click Add a folder under Mail tab. Input the New folder name and select the location where the new folder should be created under, then click OK 2. The new folder is created 9

10 How to Manage Folder 1. Click Manage folders under Mail tab where users can Add/Rename/Delete folders How to Check Mailbox Quota Usage 1. Move the mouse cursor to the Quota usage area to check the used storage size 10

11 How to Add a New Contact 1. Click My contacts under Contacts tab 2. Click New contact and input the contact information, then click Save to save the contact 11

12 How to Import Contacts 1. Export your contact list from your existing client in vcard or.csv file formats Tips: For the best results, please use the UTF-8 format 2. Click More actions under My contact, click Import contacts 3. Click Choose File to select the contact list for import 12

13 How to Use the Corporate Directory 1. Click Corporate directory under Contacts tab How to Add New Group 1. Click Group under Contact tab 2. Click New group to create new group 3. Click Add member and input the addresses of the members to be added 4. Click Save to save the group 13

14 How to Create a New Event in the Calendar 1. Click New event under Calendar tab 2. Input event details and click Save 14

15 How to Share the Calendar 1. Click the arrow button beside the user name under My calendars in the Calendar tab, then click Edit and Share to share your calendar with other users. 2. Input the description and select Author (able to read and edit calendar) or Reader (read only), and input the address for sharing. Then click Add and Save 15

16 How to Import Events into the Calendar 1. Click the arrow button beside the user name under My calendars in the Calendar tab, then click Import events 2. Click Choose File to select the.ics file which stores your calendar events 3. After selecting the.ics file, click Import 16

17 How to Set Up Basic Preference 1. Select Basics under Preferences tab for setting up basic mail preference options 2. Click Save to save the settings 17

18 How to Send Mail from Another Address 1. Click Add address under Preferences tab 2. Click Add address under Send mail from another address 3. Input Name (Optional), Send mail as and Reply-to address (Optional), then click Save 18

19 How to Add or Remove Safe Sender 1. Click Spam under Preferences tab 2. Click Add or remove safe senders under Safe and Blocked Senders 3. Input the address or domain name of the safe sender, then click Add 4. Click Remove to remove existing safe sender address or domain name 19

20 How to Add or Remove Safe Distribution Lists 1. Click Spam under Preferences tab 2. Click Add or remove safe distribution lists under Safe and Blocked Senders 3. Input the address or domain name of the safe distribution list, then click Add 4. Click Remove to remove existing safe distribution list address or domain name 20

21 How to Add or Remove Blocked Senders 1. Click Spam under Preferences tab 2. Click Add or remove blocked senders under Safe and Blocked Senders 3. Input the address or domain name of the blocked sender, then click Add 4. Click Remove to remove existing blocked sender address or domain name 21

22 How to Enable and Disable Spam Filtering 1. Click Spam under Preferences tab 2. Click Turn off (default Spam Detection: On) under Automatic Spam Detection to disable spam filtering function 3. Click Turn on under Automatic Spam Detection to enable spam filtering function 22

23 How to Set Out-of-Office Notification 1. Click Out-of-Office under Preferences tab 2. Set up your notification and click Save 23

24 How to Create Signature 1. Click Signature under Preferences tab 2. Select option Include the following text at the end of each outgoing message, type your personalised signature in the text field and click Save 24

25 How to Enable Forwarding 1. Click Forwarding under Preferences tab 2. Input the address where all messages should be forwarded to. Select Save a copy to my inbox if you want to keep a copy of the forwarded messages. Click Save Note: A confirmation will be sent to the Cloud Mail address and to the address specified in the mail forwarding section. Please follow the instruction in the confirmation to start the mail forwarding process. 3. To disable forwarding, select No forwarding and click Save 25

26 How to Create Rules 1. Click Rules under Preferences tab 2. Click Create rule to create rule 3. Input name of the rule, conditions for incoming messages and actions when meeting the conditions, then click Save 26

27 How to Set Up Contacts Display Preferences 1. Click Display under Contacts, and then the Preferences tab 2. Set the contact display preferences, then click Save How to Set Up Calendar Display Preferences 1. Click Display under Calendar, and then the Preferences tab 2. Set the calendar display preferences, then click Save 27

28 How to Edit User Settings 1. Click the icon in the Mail interface 2. You will be redirected to the Admin Panel page. Click EDIT 28

29 3. You may edit your First Name, Last Name, Language (applicable to mail interface only) and Timezone. Then click Save 29

30 How to Change Password 1. Click the icon in the Mail interface 2. You will be redirected to the Admin Panel page. Click CHANGE PASSWORD 3. Input Current Password, New Password and Verify (New) Password, then click SUBMIT 30

31 How to Set Up Cloud Mail in Microsoft Outlook Required Windows versions: Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows In Microsoft Outlook, click File > Info > Add Account 2. Select Account, then click Next 3. Select Manually configure server settings or additional server type, then click Next 31

Select Internet , then click Next Cloud Mail POP3/IMAP and SMTP settings: IMAP value: imap.wtt.wisprcloud.com (Port: 993) POP3 value: pop.wtt.wisprcloud.com (Port: 995) SMTP value: smtp.wtt.wisprcloud.com (Port: 465) 5. Setting for POP3 Input User Information, Server Information (select POP3 ) and Logon Information, then click More Settings 32

33 6. In Advanced tab, input POP3 and SMTP port number, and select This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) Select SSL in Use the following type of encrypted connection:, then click OK 7. Click Next to finish the setting 33

34 8. Setting for IMAP Input User Information, Server Information (select IMAP ) and Logon Information, then click More Settings 9. In Advanced tab, input IMAP and SMTP port number, and select SSL in Use the following type of encrypted connection:, then click OK 34

35 10. Click Next to finish the setting Note: The setup procedures will be different on different versions of Microsoft Outlook or other mail clients. Cloud Mail supports most of the mail clients with POP3/IMAP, SMTP and SSL encryption setting. Please refer to the setup guide of different mail clients. 35
