(the "Act"). In accordance with Section 3( c) of the Act, this response is provided to your request within five working days by the District 86 Freedom of Information Officer. Your request asks for copies of: 1.) The Annual Financial Report for Hinsdale Township High School District 86 on the Illinois School Board Form for year ending June 30, Check All That Apply: [X] In accordance with your request, the requested records are attached to this letter and available electronically by . Enclosed are documents responsive to your request. [] In accordance with your request, copies of the following requested records are available to be picked up during regular business hours at the Administrative Center, 5500 S. Grant Street, Hinsdale, IL Pursuant to Board of Education Administrative Procedure, a copy fee has been assessed and is payable at the time you receive the documents. The first fifty pages of black and white, letter size or legal size copies will be provided without charge. A per copy charge of $0.15 will be assessed for any copies made of the inspected documents beyond the initial fifty pages. You have been assessed a copy fee in the amount of $0.00. [J In accordance with Section 3( d) of the Act, the time required for responding to your request has been extended an additional five working days for the following reason(s): [] The requested records are stored in whole or in part at other locations than the office having charge of the requested records. 7 [] The request is couched in categorical terms and requires an extensive search for the records responsive to it. [] The requested records have not been located in the course of routine search and additional efforts are being made to locate them. [] The requested records require examination and evaluation by personnel having the necessary competence and discretion to determine if they are exempt from disclosure under 5 ILCS 140/7, or should be revealed only with appropriate deletions. [] The request for records cannot be complied with by the District within the five working days provided by the Act without unduly burdening or interfering with the operations of the District. [] There is a need for consultation, which shall be conducted with all practicable speed, with another public body or among two or more components of a public body having a substantial interest in the determination or in the subject matter of the request. [] Your request calls for records that are exempt from disclosure because either the disclosure would result in an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy or the information falls into the exemption for preliminary drafts. The School District has provided written notice to the Illinois Attorney General's Public Access Counselor of its intent to deny the request in whole or in part including a copy of the request and this form. The PAC will determine whether the requested information is exempt or whether further inquiry is warranted. If further inquiry is warranted, the District will provide any records requested by the PAC within seven business days and shall otherwise fully cooperate with the PAC's review. [ ] Your request calls for all records falling within a category or categories and compliance with the request would be unduly burdensome for the District, and the burden on the District outweighs the public interest in the information requested.
