13 Advertising Terms Contact Rates and Payments We accept credit card payments via our secured payment system. All rates are net rates. No agency commission provided. Advertising rates are subject to change at the beginning of each calendar year. Payment must be received in full before ads will be placed. Annelien Bruins CEO Reservations and Cancellations Changes to repeat advertisements are responsibility of advertiser. Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to the artwork deadline. Advertisers will be charged in full for ads canceled after this date. Cancellation of ad packages are subject to retroactive rate increases as package rates are negotiated based on quantity discount. Space will not be reserved or held for any account having an invoice outstanding. Reserved space will not be held for advertisers who do not submit artwork by the deadline. We reserve the right to reject, omit, or cancel advertising that we feel is not in the best interest of our audience.
