3 New to MuniEdPro? Create an Account Complete the fields on registration page 2: Organization Name MSRB ID Role Type your organization's name. Enter your firm s MSRB ID, if known (optional). Select your role within the municipal securities market. Function Title Phone Address Industry Service Time Age Username Password Select the dropdown that best describes your professional functions. Note Dropdown based on Role Selection. Enter your job title. Enter your business telephone number. Provide your organization s business address. Select the applicable range. Select the applicable range. Defaults to your address. Create a password. Password criteria are displayed below password field. Click Login. msrb.org emma.msrb.org 2

4 Log into MuniEdPro Enter address and password. Note Passwords require at least one special character. Click Login. Forgot Password? Click Forgot Password? link. Type address in Login Credentials field. Type character text displayed in Captcha and click Submit. Type answer to your security question (answer is case sensitive). 5 Browse Courses From the menu bar, click Courses > Browse Courses. Select Course Click course title. Note The following information is displayed for your review: Course Description, Cost, Subjects. One of these options will be displayed: Add to Cart or Launch. Click Launch to start the course. Click Add to Cart to purchase the course. msrb.org emma.msrb.org 4

6 Payment Select course. Click Add to Cart. Click Proceed to Checkout. Select payment method (credit card). Enter credit card information and billing address. Note In the Country field click the dropdown arrow and type United States <enter> In the State/Province field, click the dropdown arrow and type your state (e.g. Texas ) <enter> Click Next. msrb.org emma.msrb.org 5

7 Payment (Continued) Review order details. If needed, click Edit shopping cart in lower left corner. Note All payment information will need to be reentered. If desired, print order from shopping cart: Click Options dropdown in upper right screen. Select Print. Click Place Order. msrb.org emma.msrb.org 6

8 Print Order Click (options icon) in far right above menu bar. Click My Account; Edit My Profile will display. Click Orders on left under Edit My Profile. Click Transaction ID number. Click dropdown arrow on Order Information line. Select Print. msrb.org emma.msrb.org 7

9 Complete Evaluation John Doe Transcript: John Doe Click My Profile. Click View My Transcript. Click Active dropdown arrow and select Completed. Click View Completion Page in blue bar beside title. Complete evaluation questions and click Submit Final Answers. msrb.org emma.msrb.org 8

10 Access Certificate Click My Profile. Click View My Transcript. Click Active dropdown arrow and select Completed. Click View Certificate in blue button next to title. 11 Print Certificate Click (printer icon) to print certificate. Note Depending on printer settings, select landscape orientation. John Doe Save Copy of Certificate From Firefox Click to save a copy of your certificate. Choose Save File. Click OK. File will be located in the download folder. From Internet Explorer Click (save). 12 Update My Account Click (options icon) in far right above menu bar. Click My Account; Edit My Profile will display. Update the appropriate information. Click Save. msrb.org emma.msrb.org 11

13 Change Address Click (options icon) in far right above menu bar. Click My Account; Edit My Profile will display. John Doe Click the down arrow beside Options to display a menu of additional options. Select the Change Address option. Note Changing address does not change login . 15 Edit Security Question Click (options icon) in far right above menu bar. Click My Account; Edit My Profile will display. Click the down arrow beside Options to display a menu of additional options. Select Edit Security Questions. Type your password and click Submit to proceed. Select new question.
