4 Preparation starts from 9 March onwards! Collection of Direct Deposit Form for preparation to receive commissions 1. the completed Direct Deposit Form to my@doterra.com 2. After the setup is done, you will receive an notification from Customer Service Team. 3. All direct deposit form received before 10 th, the applicant will receive their commission on the same month itself. 4. Direct deposit form received after 10 th, the applicant will only receive the commission on 25 th of the following month. Note: Direct Deposit Form is a 1-time form, no need to submit monthly. Minimum amount for direct deposit USD 10 = RM 40 4
