3 3 TOPIC 1.0 SYSTEM LOG IN STEP 1: Logon to webpage. STEP 2: Click on Log in link at the top right corner of the page. Username : Student id (AAA1607) First time password : Student id (AAA1607) *Once you change your password, you can used the system right away. /login/index.php Enter your username and password Figure 1 : Website front page
4 4 TOPIC 2.0 FORGOT USERNAME AND PASSWORD STEP 1: Click on Forgotten your username or password link. Click forgot username or password link Figure 2 : Forgotten password page STEP 2: User will be directed to Forgotten password page. STEP 3: Fill in username or address field. STEP 4: Click on Search button.

6 6 TOPIC 3.0 EDITING STUDENT PROFILE STEP 1: Every user has the authority to edit their profile details. Student is NOT allowed to change their Username for enrollment purposes. STEP 2: Student can click on Picture icon on the right panel. STEP 3: Then click on Profile link. Student will be directed to profile page. Profile link Figure 5 : User account front page STEP 4: Student is advisable to upload their profile picture at this page. File supported are png and jpeg. STEP 5: When profile page appear, Student need to click on Edit Profile link.
7 7 Edit profile link Figure 6 : Edit profile page STEP 6: After click on Edit Profile link, student will be directed to Edit profile page. STEP 7: Make sure the compulsory field are fulfill. The compulsory field are remark with * symbol. STEP 8: Student can enter and edit profile details in this page. STEP 9: At the User Picture section, student can insert image to their profile. STEP 10: Open folder that contain your image. Drag and drop the image to the New Picture section. STEP 11: Click on Update Profile button when finish.

9 9 TOPIC 4.0 LIST OF SUBJECT TAKEN STEP 1: Once user successfully log in, the list of subjects will be displayed on the screen. Your name (profile) List of subject taken this semester Figure 9 : User subject page
10 10 TOPIC 5.0 DOWNLOAD RESOURCE STEP 1: To download resources from specific subject, select the resource name (in gold font). STEP 2: Once you select the resources you wish to download, click on it. The file will open in the new page (if save as PDF). Select button save. 11 11 TOPIC 6.0 ONLINE QUIZ Student can attend Online Quiz once. The Online quiz will appear in the week schedule depending on the lecturer when to conduct. Marks will go directly to your grade database. Whatever marks the student get, NO alteration is allowed. Student can answer the online quiz once the quiz open. Lecturer have the ability to set when she/he want the quiz to be open. STEP 1: Click on the Quiz link. STEP 2: Student will be directed to the detail page of Quiz. 12 12 STEP 3: Once the online quiz open, student have specific time set by the lecturer to answer the question. Click the Attempt quiz now button. The details of the quiz will appear here. Figure 12 : Quiz detail STEP 4: After that, the Dialog box will appear. Click on the Start attempt button to confirm the quiz attempting. Figure 13 : Quiz attempt confirmation
13 13 Time left indication Figure 14 : Online quiz timer indication STEP 5: Once the student completed the quiz, they need to submit the answer else it s not counted. State all question is answered. Click submit all and finish button Figure 15 : Finish button
14 14 STEP 6: After the Finish button is clicked, the result will appeared right away. Figure 16 : Quiz result
15 15 TOPIC 7.0 UPLOAD ASSIGNMENT STEP 1: In your LMS course, your lecturer may require you to submit work online. STEP 2: To submit an assignment in LMS, you will need to access the Assignment Activity, upload your assignment file(s), and submit the assignment. STEP 3: Once the assignment has been submitted, you can make changes only if your teacher enabled the option. Submit assignment online link Figure 17 : Submit assignment online link STEP 4: Once you click the Assignment link, assignment page will appeared.

STEP 7: Select Save changes button to submit your assignment once complete uploading. STEP 8: Student are NOT allowed to alter or change the files after uploading.
