3 How to Log In Logging In 1. To access your promotion analytics, please visit 2. In the upper right corner, click on Platform Login 3. Choose Analytics from the options in the Rich Engagement Platform 4. Enter the username and password provided by your HelloWorld team
4 Navigating HelloWorld Analytics Once you have logged into HelloWorld Analytics you will be presented with the Summary Dashboard. This is an overview of your campaigns and initially opens with the following defaults: 1. An aggregate view of all of all your campaigns. 2. Date range set to the previous 30 days. 3. Data in HelloWorld Analytics is refreshed daily Highlights of every dashboard are listed below: Promotion Search Here you can select your promotion(s) and desired date range
5 Navigating HelloWorld Analytics (cont.) Selecting your Campaign 1. Click inside the Campaign drop down to reveal your campaigns 2. Select the desired campaign from the list, or 3. Enter part or all of the Campaign Name in the search field. 4. To compare multiple campaigns side-by-side, you can leave the campaign drop down blank Selecting your Date Range 1. Click inside the Date Range field 2. Select a set date range from the list, or 3. Choose a custom date range and click Apply NOTE: the All Data option automatically pulls the start and end date for a promotion if the promotion has been selected.
6 Navigating HelloWorld Analytics (cont.) Trend Analysis On every HelloWorld Analytics dashboard you will find a Trends Analysis Graph designed to give you a quick glimpse at your campaign performance over time. Here are some tips for how to get the most out of your Trend Analysis Graph: 1. Add/Remove metrics (Selected metrics highlight in blue) 2. Change how the data is charted (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) 3. Display the data as a grid instead of a chart
7 Navigating HelloWorld Analytics (cont.) Sparkline/Segmentation On all dashboards, Sparkline/Segmentation section. A drop down menu on the right (not available on the Summary Dashboard) will allow you to switch from multiple segmentation attributes. This section is designed to provide you with quick access to key performance metrics from your promotion. All drop down items besides sparkline will display data in a grid format The drop down options on each dashboard are unique allowing you to segment by the most relevant information Sparkline View Segmentation View Note: Right-clicking any of the columns in the segmentation report allows you to change the sort (ascending or descending)
8 Exporting Data HelloWorld Analytics Toolbar Now that you have all this data at your fingertips, we know you are itching to show it off. The HelloWorld Analytics Toolbar let s you export, download, save and print your dashboards and data to work offline, or send to your colleagues. Here are the buttons at your disposal: Print PDF This creates a PDF of your data and prepares it to be printed. This creates a PDF that you can easily save or send out Excel This creates an excel export that you can save or send out. 8
9 Summary Tab The Summary Tab is the first dashboard you will see when you login to HelloWorld Analytics. It will contain a Trend Analysis and Sparkline section with quick access to your metrics. This tab is designed to be a high level overview of your campaign s performance and contains key values like: Registrations Logins Opt-ins Mobile Opt-ins Visitors Visits Avg Time Spent Referrals Trend Analysis Sparkline 9
10 Realtime Results Tab The Realtime Tab offers up to the minute data on your promotion. This dashboard contains a Trend Analysis and Sparkline section as well as detailed tables. Here, you will be able to monitor the following performance indicators as it s happening: Registrations Logins Referrals Opt-in Rate Opt-ins Mobile Opt-ins Wins Instant Win Plays Sweeps Entries Using the Segmentation Drop Down, each of these metrics can be segmented by: Channel Affiliate Promotion Sparkline 10
11 Registration Tab The Registration Tab provides you with all the information you need to know about who has successfully registered for your campaign. It will contain a Trend Analysis and Sparkline section as well as detailed tables. This tab is designed to provide an deeper view of your consumers and contains important metrics like: Registrations Logins Logins per Registrant Using the Segmentation Drop Down, each of these metrics can be segmented by: Channel Affiliate Device Opt-in Rate Opt-ins Mobile Opt-ins Browser Location Gender Conversion Rate Referrals Age Registration Method Language Trend Analysis Sparkline 11
12 Web Metrics Tab The Web Metrics Tab displays key information about how users are engaging your campaign. It will contain a Trend Analysis and Sparkline section as well as detailed tables. This tab is designed to provide insight into the interaction between users and your campaign and includes the following metrics: Visitors Visits Pageviews Registrations Logins New Visitors Average Time Spent Bounce Rate Conversion Rate Event Tracking Using the Segmentation Drop Down, each of these metrics can be segmented by: Content Performance Device Language Channel Browser Affiliate Source Trend Analysis Sparkline 12
13 Awarding Tab The Awarding Tab is where you will find information pertaining to the chance to win elements of your campaigns. It contains a Trend Analysis and Sparkline section as well as detailed tables. This tab is designed to provide you with easy access to how your consumer is being rewarded for behavior within your campaign. Metrics include: Sweeps Entries Instant Win Plays Wins ARV of Wins Registrations Logins Using the Segmentation Drop Down, each of these metrics can be segmented by: Location Gender Age Channel Affiliate Device Browser Registration Method Trend Analysis Sparkline 13
14 Referrals Tab The Referrals Tab is your resource for determining the reach of your promotion. It will contain a Trend Analysis and Sparkline section as well as detailed tables. This tab is designed to provide an in-depth view of how your campaign spread and includes the following metrics: Referrals Referrers Referrals Who Registered Social Shares Social Sharers Registrations Logins Reach Using the Segmentation Drop Down, each of these metrics can be segmented by: Location Gender Age Trend Analysis Channel Affiliate Device Browser Registration Method Sparkline 14
15 Contest Tab The Contest Tab is where you can find all of detailed contest-specific information. It will contain a Trend Analysis and Sparkline section as well as detailed tables. This tab is designed to provide a holistic look at your contest through the following metrics: Entries Votes Ratings Entry Shares Registrations Logins Entry Submitters Using the Segmentation Drop Down, each of these metrics can be segmented by: Location Gender Registration Method Trend Analysis Entry Category Age Channel Affiliate Device Browser Upload Method Sparkline 15
16 Survey Trivia Quiz Tab The Survey, Trivia, Quiz Tab is where you can find a detailed break-down of your survey, trivia, or quiz. It will contain a Trend Analysis and Sparkline section as well as detailed tables. This tab is designed to provide a holistic look at your questions through the following metrics: Responses Registrations Survey and Marketing Questions Registrants Surveyed % of Registrants Surveyed Using the Segmentation Drop Down, each of these metrics can be segmented by: Location Gender Channel Trend Analysis Registration Method Age Affiliate Device Browser Sparkline 16
17 Survey Trivia Quiz Tab Ad-Hoc Report Builder Found in the left-hand navigation, the Ad-Hoc Report Builder is a step-by-step report building wizard that allows you to quickly generate ad-hoc reports for all metrics stored for your campaign. This tool provides the flexibility to select your desired metrics and attributes, while also allowing you to filter the results by date range, client, and promotion. Summary of Ad-Hoc Query Steps 1. Select Metrics (Required) 2. Select Attributes (Required) 3. Select Industry 4. Select Client 5. Select Promotions 6. Select Start Date (Required) 7. Select End Date (Required) 8. Select Eligibility (Required) Other Selection Options The promotion selection and date tools in left navigation can also be used to control ad-hoc selections in the body of the page. Promotions selected in the left navigation will populate the right selection boxes in the body of the dashboard. 17
18 Survey Trivia Quiz Tab Select Metrics This required selection allows you to add any desired metric to your report Select Attributes Next, select which attributes (if any) you wish to segment your metric(s) by 18
19 Ad Hoc Query Tool Select Industry You have the option to return all industries by leaving this selection blank, or to select certain industries for inclusion. If you want to compare industries, be sure to include the Industry attribute in step 2 for segmentation. Select Client You have the option to return all clients by leaving this selection blank, or to select 1-3 clients for inclusion. If you want to compare clients, be sure to include the Client attribute in step 2 for segmentation. 19
20 Ad Hoc Query Tool Select Promotions You have the option to return all promotions by leaving this selection blank, or to select between 1 to 10 promotions for inclusion. If you want to compare promotions, be sure to include the Promotion attribute in step 2 for segmentation. Select Start Date Enter a starting date (which is required) the default date is today's date minus 1 month Select End Date Enter an ending date (also required) the default date is today's date minus 1 day 20
21 Ad Hoc Query Tool Select Eligibility By default, only eligible registrations are returned. To run a report that includes all registrations regardless of eligibility, check both boxes in the eligibility section. You can also uncheck the eligible registrants and run a report to segment only ineligible registrants. Running your Report At the bottom of the Ad-Hoc tool you will see a Run Report button. 21
22 Ad Hoc Query Tool Viewing your Report Details of the things you selected will in the query builder will appear above your report Exporting your Report Print This creates a PDF of your data and prepares it to be printed. PDF This creates a PDF that you can easily save or send out Export to Excel This button exports your dashboard to an Excel Worksheet where you can work with the Charts or see the data behind them 22
23 Ad Hoc Query Tool Re-prompting and Saving your Report To run an additional report that has very similar selections, you can use the re-prompt button which will take you back to the query builder but hold all of your previous selections. If you are running a report frequently and would like to save your selections, choose the save button to store your all of your ad hoc selections for future use. Follow the prompts and after saving, your report can be found in the My Reports folder in the Other Reports Dashboard. Deleting a Saved Report If you wish to delete a saved report from your My Reports folder, Simply right click the report icon and choose delete. 23

30 Profile Search and Download Profile Search and Download Found in the left-hand navigation, Profile Search and Download allows you to easily access all of your registration data. Accessing Your Data Steps to access data: 1. "Add" the specific data want to query, or "Add All" to move all fields to the right 2. Click on "Download Search Results" 3. This will generate a.csv file with all data including Opt-Ins 30
31 Loyalty - Members The Members Tab provides data on the users enrolled in your loyalty program. This dashboard contains a Trend Analysis and Sparkline section as well as detailed segmentation reports. Here, you will be able to monitor the following performance indicators: Enrollments Member Logins Using the Segmentation Drop Down, each of these metrics can be segmented by: Channel Language Sparkline 31
32 Loyalty - Engagement The Engagement dashboard provides data on the member activity in your loyalty program. This dashboard contains a Trend Analysis and Sparkline section as well as detailed segmentation reports. Here, you will be able to monitor the following performance indicators: Points Earned Codes Entered Actions Points Redeemed Redemptions The Segmentation Reports feature detailed data on: Actions Code Entry Redemptions Sparkline 32
33 Other Reports Other Reports This tab provides you with saved common reports as well as any of your own personal saved ad hoc reports. My Reports Includes any of your saved ad-hoc reports Shared Reports Included in Shared Reports: PPR Reports Channel and Language PPR- Referrals PPR - Optins Prizepool Report An in-depth breakdown of prizepools, instant win plays, sweepstakes entries, and wins. Prizing Report A deeper look into prizes, wins, and prizes awarded 33
34 Useful Tips Date Range Warning 1. A date range warning will occur when the selected range returns more than 100 data points 2. If you receive this error simply select a smaller date range and click Apply, or 3. Change the Time Period drop down selection to a lower frequency (Daily to Weekly, or Weekly to Monthly) 34
