1 Logging into the C3 Reservations Dashboard 1. Upon logging in as a supplier, you'll see the main C3 Reservations dashboard. 2. The Reservations list will display reservations that have been approved or cancelled, as well as permanently reserved time slots (shown in blue). 3. You ll also see a list of Purchase Orders below the Reservations list. Note the boxes shown in the Purchase Orders list: A black box means that the purchase order has not been booked. A half-full box means that the purchase order has been partially booked. A white box means that the purchase order has been fully booked. 1 Jan 2017

2 As a supplier, you have three methods of creating a new reservation The first is through the add (+) icon in the Reservations list If you have a permanently reserved timeslot, the second method for creating a reservation is to select the blue highlighted listing in the Reservations list. The final method for creating a new reservation is by selecting a purchase order and then the add (+) icon under Purchase Orders. 3 Creating a new reservation through a permanently reserved timeslot 6. If you have a permanently reserved timeslot, you can select a blue highlighted listing in Reservations 7. Select Create. 8. In the New Reservation window, select Create again. Creating a new reservation through a purchase order 9. The final method for creating a new reservation is by selecting a purchase order. 10. Then select the add (+) icon under Purchase Orders. 3 Jan 2017

4 Note: All methods of creating a reservation follow similar steps. However If you have a permanently reserved timeslot, then you won t be required to select a date or timeslot as it has already been selected for you. If creating a new reservation by selecting a purchase order, you won t be required to enter and find the PO number as it will be automatically updated. Adding the WHAT to a new reservation 11. Regardless of the method of creating a new reservation, all users will see the initial WHAT window. Note: When you open a new reservation window you ll notice that the process has been streamlined into WHAT (i.e. what s being delivered), WHERE (i.e. where it s being delivered), and WHEN (i.e. when it s being delivered) to make reservations as easy as possible. 4 Jan 2017

5 12. Enter a purchase order number (PO #). Note: If you ve created a new reservation by selecting a PO, you won t need to do this as the PO will already be there. 13. Select Add PO. 14. The PO you requested should appear. You can view information related to your PO such as distribution centre, the expected delivery date (EDD) and expected number of pallets (Exp. Pallets). Note: If you receive a message that the PO number cannot be found, first check that you ve entered it correctly. If you have entered thenumber correctly and it still can t be found, you ll need to create a PO Not Found request. Refer to the relevant simulation or reference guide for more information. 5 Jan 2017

6 15. Continue by selecting the pencil icon to confirm the number of pallets being delivered. Note: If you ve created a new reservation by selecting a PO, you will need to do this. 16. Enter the number of Pallets. 17. Once you ve entered the number of Pallets to be delivered, select the tick. Note: You can book less than the maximum number of pallets, but you can t go over the Remaining Pallets amount. If the number of Pallets is incorrect, the border of the quantity field will highlight red. If your total pallet count is more than one truck load, you ll need to repeat the booking process for each truck. You can t book several trucks on one reservation. You ll need to contact Admin for support to make your reservation, if the number of pallets to be delivered is greater than expected. 6 Jan 2017

7 18. The PO with the updated number of pallets will be shown. Check that you are happy with the information. If not, you can amend or delete. 19. You can continue adding multiple purchase orders to build your load, as required. 20. Select the Carrier, Truck Type and PO s Origin. Note that Origin should show from where the delivery originated. 21. Select Where to confirm where the load is being delivered. 7 Jan 2017

8 Adding the WHERE to a new reservation 22. There s nothing you ll need to do on this screen as the distribution centre and chamber will be filled-in based upon the purchase order information entered. 23. Select When. Adding the WHEN to a new reservation Note: If you ve created a reservation through a permanently reserved timeslot, you won t need to select a date and time as it will automatically have been selected for you. 8 Jan 2017

9 24. On the When screen, you ll see a calendar with today s date highlighted in grey and the due date for the PO you are booking in blue. 25. The available timeslots will be shown in green. If you have a permanent timeslot, this will be shown in blue. It s a requirement that you must book this timeslot before using other timeslots. 26. Select the available timeslot you require from the list. (If you can t find a timeslot on your due date or you need to deliver late, you ll need to delivery outside the delivery window. See below on how to do this). 9 Jan 2017

10 27. Select Create. 28. Once a delivery date and time has been successfully booked, a confirmation message will be displayed. Select OK to continue. If you can t find a timeslot (Delivering outside the delivery window) 29. If you can't find a slot on your due date because they're all unavailable, or you need to deliver later for another reason, select Outside Delivery Window. 30. Select a reason why you need to deliver outside the delivery window from the Reason Code list. 31. Select Yes. 32. The calendar will now enable you to choose a day outside the delivery date and another timeslot. Select a suitable date and timeslot. 33. Select Create. 34. Once a delivery date and time has been successfully booked, a confirmation message will be displayed. Select OK to continue. 10 Jan 2017

11 New reservation is complete and confirmed 35. The Reservations list will now show your reservation as approved. 36. You ll also receive an to confirm your reservation. 37. For further information, refer to the relevant simulation. 11 Jan 2017
