8 Exhibitor and Partner Invitation System (E&P) The Exhibitor and Partner Invitation System will be launched on 10 th April 2018 Check if you have the correct details for your Registration Coordinator in your Online Event Manual under the tab Company Details The with login details will be sent to your Registration Coordinator 8

9 Exhibitor and Partner Invitation System (E&P) Cont. GSMA provides Exhibitors, Sponsors and Partners with an Exhibitor & Partner Invitation (E&P) System account for Mobile World Congress Shanghai The system is designed to help you manage your allocation of passes you receive as part of your package. The E&P Invitation System allows you to: Register for your staff and guests Send invitations to your staff and guests in order for them to register Search and manage your invitations and registrations Download lists on your invitations and registrations Manage programmes application registrations Below is a list of pass types available in the E&P System. Each registration type will have a registration code associated with it, for you to invite your staff and guests to register themselves: Exhibitor Stand Staff Includes Extended Hours Access Exhibitor Gold (Conference pass) Includes Extended Hours Access Exhibitor VIP (Conference pass with additional VIP benefits) Includes Extended Hours Access E&P Exhibition Visitor (Guest/Visitor pass) Allows access during visitor opening times ONLY Please note: your allocation of pass types and quantity of passes will depend on your agreed contracted stand package. 13 6 Hints and Tips 1. Work in coordination and collaboration with Sales align your strategies. 2. Represent your company in the best light possible. A less-than-professional appearance does not give your prospect confidence in you or your products and services. 3. Create awareness before the event. Let your clients and prospects know about your trade show appearances by using an e-newsletter and social media. Plan the launch of a new product/ service around a show to create a buzz. Send invites directly to those prospects that you may not have connected with in the past. 4. Train your stand staff and talk about expectations. Don t make assumptions that they will know what to do. Stand staff must be prepared to engage with visitors, quality leads, present and close business. 5. Think about the things that you are going to be measured on. Think about the questions your CEO will ask after the show. 6. Book your meetings in advance. Ultimately, the amount of business that will come out of it is what counts! 13
