This service will allw yu the ability t keep track f yur immunizatins in ne place fr yur entire academic and prfessinal career at n charge t yu. That s right, FREE IMMUNIZATION TRACKING FOR LIFE! The intrductry as well as the cde yur need fr yur prgram f study, will be sent directly t yu. Yu will have the ability t create yur wn accunt and uplad yur immunizatins fr verificatin, which will expedite the immunizatin management prcess. Please d nt submit yur immunizatin recrds t UTHSC Student Health as they will nt manage yur immunizatin tracking but they WILL cntinue t prvide required immunizatins fr all students. Here is a sample f hw the immunizatin prcess will wrk fr Fall 2018: Once yu enter the cde within the First Time Users bx and click Get Started!, yu will be taken thrugh the next three steps t create yur new QualifiedFirst (QF) accunt.

3 **Yu will need t remember yur lgin fr accessing yur QF accunt in the future. Once yu have created yur accunt, yu will have the ability t begin entering and uplading dcumentatin fr yur immunizatins (if applicable within the cde). If yu d nt see the that cntains yur immunizatin infrmatin, please check junk and spam flders as it may redirect depending n yur spam settings. There will be an expiratin date related t yur immunizatin requirements. This date will be fund in the yu receive. If yu d nt cmplete the immunizatin prtin upn yur initial lgin, yu may cntinue at a later date nce yu have the supprting dcumentatin gathered and ready t uplad. If there are utstanding items yu need t wrk n, yu will receive a pp-up message upn future lgin. Belw is a sample f the pp-up message yu will receive when there are incmplete requirements-

The image belw is an example f what t expect (nt the UTHSC exact page). The QualifiedFirst system will prvide yu with available ptins based n requirement rules. Please nte that yu will need t enter dates exactly as they are nted n supprting dcumentatin r these items will be denied. Yur dcument must als reflect a medical surce name. In the event f a denial, yu will receive ntificatin explaining what needs t be crrected. Once yu have made the crrectin t the requirement, yur dcument will g back int the queue fr review by Qualified First. Dcument review is nt immediate and yu shuld allw apprximately 2-3 business days fr an update.

5 When yur immunizatins are cmplete, yu will receive a ntificatin via r text (whichever yu selected when setting up yur QF prfile) alerting yu t lg int QualifiedFirst and review the reprt. Once lgged in, yu will be asked t cnfirm the accuracy f the reprt and prvide permissin t send the reprt t UTHSC. We will NOT receive yur reprt withut yu cmpleting these steps and a HOLD will remain n yur student accunt, preventing yu frm registering fr curses.
