Download "COMPANY REGISTERS EMPLOYEE INSTRUCTIONS"

1 INSTRUCTIONS 1. Company signs in using username/password (provided by BSC-CETI), 2. After selecting Company Employees from left bar, search for employee if needed. If employee does not exist, the company can add new SLIM PROFILE, 3. On same Company Employees screen, you select all the employee(s) you wish to register in the same class(es) by checking the box next to specific employees (under Register column) and then click Select Employee(s) button. You must click on the Select Employee(s) button before you go to the next page to check additional names. 4. Once employee(s) are selected, the class(es) can be selected by clicking Select Class(es) button, 5. When a Class is added to cart, the class will be added for each employee selected. Company can: * Click on Choose Additional Classes to select another class for the currently selected employee(s), * Click on Company Employees to select new employee(s) to register, or * Click View Cart to checkout. 6. To complete the registration process, the Company needs to * Agree to the refund policy, * Click the Checkout button. 7. On the Choose Payment Method screen, the Company needs to * Select or Add a Contact * Choose the payment method by checking Credit Card/ACH, which allows you to pay immediately or 3 rd Party Account, which allows company to be invoiced. * Click Continue Checkout. 8. When the Cart Payment Process screen displays Your transaction has been processed successfully, * The employee(s) will receive confirmation and receipt s that contains the information they need to attend the class(es). * Company can sign out by clicking on the Sign Out link on the left banner. THE FOLLOWING PAGES ARE DETAILED SCREEN SHOTS OF EACH STEP 1

4 SEARCH FOR EMPLOYEE, IF NEEDED. IF EMPLOYEE DOES NOT EXIST THE EMPLOYER CAN ADD NEW SLIM PROFILE. 4

5 CHARACTERISTICS OF A SLIM EMPLOYEE PROFILE: * MINIMAL DATA REQUIRED * COMPANY DATA PRE-POPULATED (CAN OVERWRITE) * IS OPTIONAL - - IF YOU ENTER AN , THIS EMPLOYEE CAN BE REGISTERED FOR A CLASS IMMEDIATELY AND THEY WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FOR ANY CLASSES THEY ARE REGISTERED. ALSO, THE EMPLOYEE WILL RECEIVE A NOTICE WHICH ALLOWS THEM, IF THEY WISH, TO ACCESS THEIR ACCOUNT, CREATE A PASSWORD AND THEN HAVE THE ABILITY TO TRACK THEIR OWN CLASSES, VIEW THEIR TRANSCRIPTS AND REGISTER FOR CLASSES. - IF YOU DON T ENTER AN , THE EMPLOYEE PROFILE WILL BE DRAFT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE REGISTERED FOR A CLASS UNTIL A BSC STAFF MEMBER APPROVES THE PROFILE. ALSO NO S WILL BE SENT TO THE EMPLOYEE INCLUDING CLASS CONFIRMATION S. 5

6 AN EXAMPLE OF THE AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO EMPLOYEE WHEN COMPANY ADDS A SLIM PROFILE WITH THE EMPLOYEE ADDRESS. To: slim.employee@myemployee.net WHEN EMPLOYEE SUBMITS NEW PROFILE, THEY WILL RECEIVE A PROFILE COMPLETED NOTICE. 6

7 3. TO REGISTER MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES FOR THE SAME CLASS(ES), UNDER REGISTER COLUMN, CHECK SPECIFIC EMPLOYEES AND THEN CLICK SELECT EMPLOYEE(S) BUTTON 7

8 4. ONCE EMPLOYEE(S) ARE SELECTED, THE CLASS(ES) CAN BE SELECTED BY CLICKING THE SELECT CLASS(ES) BUTTON. 8

9 CHOOSE THE CATEGORY THAT LISTS THE CLASS(ES) IN WHICH THE EMPLOYEE(S) NEED TO BE REGISTERED. 9

10 5. REGISTER THE EMPLOYEE(S) YOU HAVE SELECTED BY ADDING A CLASS TO CART. 10

11 THE CLASS(ES) WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH EMPLOYEE SELECTED. 11

12 YOU CAN CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS: A) CLICK ON CHOOSE ADDITIONAL CLASSES OR ADD TO CART TO SELECT AN ADDITIONAL CLASS FOR THE CURRENTLY SELECTED EMPLOYEE(S), B) CLICK ON COMPANY EMPLOYEES TO SELECT NEW EMPLOYEES TO REGISTER, OR C) CLICK VIEW CART TO CHECKOUT. 12

13 A) CLICK ON CHOOSE ADDITIONAL CLASSES OR ADD TO CART TO SELECT ADDITIONAL CLASS(ES) FOR THE CURRENTLY SELECTED EMPLOYEE(S). 13

14 B) CLICK ON COMPANY EMPLOYEES TO SELECT NEW EMPLOYEES TO REGISTER. CLICK ON NEW SEARCH TO CLEAR OUT CURRENT EMPLOYEE(S) SELECTION AND SELECT NEW EMPLOYEE(S) TO REGISTER. REPEAT THE EMPLOYEE SELECTION PROCESS (STEP 3). 14

17 CHOOSE THE PAYMENT METHOD BY CHECKING A) CREDIT CARD/ACH OR 3 RD PARTY ACCOUNT (REQUEST TO BE INVOICED). CLICK CONTINUE CHECKOUT. $ A) THIS OPTION DIRECTS YOU TO OUR SECURE PAYMENT SITE TO ALLOW YOU TO PAY FOR THE REGISTRATIONS IMMEDIATELY. My Contact Name B) THIS OPTION ALLOWS YOU TO REQUEST TO BE INVOICED. THE PO/VOUCHER # IS A NUMBER YOU CREATE THAT WILL HELP YOU TO TRACK THIS INVOICE FROM YOUR PERSPECTIVE. 17
