1 Roots of Empathy KPP Registration Dashboard Helpful Hints Instructor Application Process KPP signs into Registration Dashboard Registration of each applicant by KPP generates with link to Instructor application and log-in information. KPP Log-In Page KPP must use primary address and password provided to access application Registration Dashboard. Only registered applicants will have direct access to on line Instructor Application An Instructor Application Orientation Sheet will be provided to KPP s for reference and information. KPP reviews status of application and has access to application information and training details on secondary tab on Registration Dashboard. IMPORTANT NOTE: Applicants must be registered by KPP to access Instructor Application Form. Application link cannot be shared by potential applicants or accessed by un-registered applicants. IMPORTANT NOTE: Instructor Application Link and Log In Information Applicants receive an automated with the link and log in information to the Instructor Application. Some settings will filter and file this in the junk or spam folder, or sometimes block the entirely. We recommend KPP s inform applicants that they have been registered and ask applicants to look in these folders if the application is not in their inbox. Should the applicant not receive the automated , we have provided copies of both the New and Returning Application s as a resource which can be sent directly from the KPP. 2 Before you begin registering applicants please review the information on the first page of the KPP Registration Dashboard: Interview Process: The information in the pop up box is for your reference and is displayed on the Instructor Application before beginning the application process: 2

3 Technical Support A Live Chat feature is available Monday Friday 8:00am 5:30 pm EST. to provide technical support if required. Please refer applicants to the Live Chat if they require assistance in accessing or submitting their application. Applicant Registration 1. Register applicant with First Name, Last Name and address 2. Select New or Returning Instructor 3. Add: KPP Comments or additional information 4. Click: Register New Instructor or Returning Instructor? Please review information and video explaining the difference between New and Returning Instructors. Applicants must be registered accurately as the application links and s are unique to each category. If unsure, please contact Provincial or Programme Manager for more information before registering applicant. 3

4 All registered applicants will be listed on the secondary panel. The Progress Bar will display the stage of each application from draft to final status To view application details, click on the Application Information button for each individual application. Training Details will be available once applicant has been assigned to an Instructor training. Instructor Application Information Application Information fields will appear blank until applicant begins to complete the on-line application. Please follow up with applicant directly if the information on the application continues to remain blank. 4

5 Application Information Details Applicants Contact Information and Summer Contact Information will be displayed on the application. In addition, Employer and Position, and any relevant School Information (if applicable) entered by applicant will also be available to the KPP. Grade Level (s) selected by applicant will also be displayed on the Instructor application. 5
