2 Welcome to Paraben s Network Examiner 7.0! Paraben s Network Examiner-NEMX is an advanced network archive analysis and conversion tool. Examine Microsoft Exchange (EDB), Lotus Notes (NSF), and GroupWise stores without the need for a long and painstaking restore process. Analyze, search, and report on pertinent data within the database and export to many mail formats including PST. Paraben s Network Examiner technology is also part of P2C, the flagship product for analysis and hard drive analysis at Paraben. What s new in Paraben s Network Examiner 7.0 A completely new modern-looking interface including ribbons, an improved layout, new graphics, and the Welcome screen is now available. Keyword indexing and indexed keyword search have been added. Now you can extract keywords from investigated evidence, add them to the keyword database, and perform a quick search within this database. Optical character recognition (OCR) has been added. Now, you can search for text data stored in the graphic files of the most popular formats (JPEG, GIF, PNG, etc.) with advanced search and keyword search. Malware scan has been added. Now, you can analyze portable executable files contained in attachments for the signs of malware. Windows 10 support has been added. EDB 2016 support has been added. Possible problems with sorting and indexing have been fixed. Possible problems with parsing mailboxes with non-english language have been fixed. Possible problems with displaying attachments have been fixed. Overall stability is improved.
