Constructed of all-316l stainless steel and able to perform in temperatures ranging from -60 degrees Celsius (-76 degrees Fahrenheit) to 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit), ExSite exceeds all expectations of what a hazardous location camera system should be. Offering both pan/tilt/zoom and fixed models, the ExSite Series has been designed with industry-defining features to enhance performance and ease of use. The ExSite pan/tilt series not only combines a receiver, pan/tilt and enclosure in a single, easy-to-install system, but also includes an Integrated Optics Package (IOP). The Integrated Optics Package includes an autofocus camera and lens module with configurable features. Ideal Choice for Extreme Applications The pan/tilt series also features an optional window wiper completely integrated into the enclosure, as well as built-in system memory to store camera and location-specific pan/tilt settings. ExSite IP supports two simultaneous video streams that can be compressed in H.264, MJPEG and MPEG-4 formats across several resolution configurations for additional bandwidth. Video storage is more efficient and affordable with H.264 compression, which can take up to 20 times less space than MJPEG. Certified for Operation at Hazardous Locations ExSite IP uses a standard Web browser for powerful remote setup and administration, allowing up to 16 cameras to be viewed on the same network. Through the complete integration of all components, ExSite has been specifically designed to install in a fraction of the time traditional systems require saving resources and maximizing your investment for each and every installation. This integration provides an unprecedented level of control and programming. By designing all components to form a complete, out-of-the-box ready system, Pelco engineers incorporated variable speed pan and tilt motion that is proportional to the angle of view of the integrated lens. This same integration also provides remote on-screen programming of all system parameters, including camera and lens settings, pattern, presets, dynamic window blanking, motion detection and more. Integrated Power Module Integrated Power Module The power module is hard wired in the installation and determines the input voltage for the unit. All connections, including power, video and data are made to this component. It can be pre-installed to dramatically simplify installation. Power modules are compatible with either full pan/tilt/zoom or fixed ExSite pan/tilt components. Fixed & Pan/Tilt Models Two pan/tilt designs, one for fixed mount applications featuring manual pan and tilt capabilities, and the other, featuring full remote PTZ features, can be used with any power module. Integrated Camera/Optics Module The camera module is another ExSite innovation designed to simplify installation and guarantee compatibility. It is completely pre-assembled and slides easily into the tilt enclosure, making all electrical connections automatically. Integrated Optics Packages The ExSite explosionproof camera system offers two choices of camera and lens packages: a 23x optical zoom high-resolution day/night camera with an 80x Wide Dynamic Range capability, and a 22x optical zoom high-resolution camera with LowLight color technology. Programmable motion detection (23x models) provides unattended response to movement in a preset scene. Integrated Camera/Optics Module IP Systemization ExSite IP easily connects to Pelco IP systems such as Endura version 1.5 (or later), MPEG- 4, Endura version 2.0 (or later), H.264, Digital Sentry version 4.2 (or later), DX8100 version 2.0 (or later) and DVR5100 version (or later). The camera also features open architecture connectivity to third-party software. Pelco by Schneider Electric offers an application programming interface (API) for interfacing to Pelco network cameras. Inverted Operation ExSite Mounts Pelco is proud to offer a complete line of wall and pedestal mounts and corner and pole adapters specifically designed for ExSite camera systems.
