2 Select Your 4DM Package and corresponding License Type Base License Types License Types w/ CT License Types w/ CFR SPECT Adds Hybrid-CT to SPECT Adds CFR to SPECT PET Adds Hybrid-CT to PET Adds CFR to PET SPECT + PET Adds Hybrid-CT to SPECT + PET Adds CFR to SPECT + PET + Hybrid CT Adds CFR to SPECT + Hybrid CT Adds CFR to PET + Hybrid CT 4DM Hybrid-CT Included with All Advanced Packages With the hybrid-ct Advanced Packages, users can review function and anatomy; identify and quantify calcium deposits; view CT coronary vessels; and generate a comprehensive report all in a single environment. Calcium quantification: Agatston score, volume, and lesions View images in sagittal, coronal, and transverse displays View co-registered vessels from: Siemens Circulation, Philips Brilliance, GE Advance Calcium percentile comparison to normals database Multi-Planar Reconstruction (MPR), Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP), and Thin MIP View calcium overlays on 2D and 3D polar maps Region of interest and anatomic measurements Magnification, panning, rotation, distance measurement Automatically integrates CT results into 4DM reports
3 4DM Coronary Flow Reserve (CFR) Included with All Premium Packages Designed to quantify absolute blood flow in coronary arteries, CFR provides greater diagnostic accuracy compared to traditional MPI. Traditional MPI assumes the area of highest myocardial activity is normal. This area provides a reference for the rest of the perfusion interpretation and creates a potential for misdiagnosis, especially when identifying balanced multi-vessel disease and microvascular abnormalities. CFR reduces this potential to underestimate the full extent of disease by quantifying the absolute blood flow for each of the vascular territories and globally. Fully-Automated CFR quantification Global and regional absolute blood flow results QA tools to track LV/RV uptake and territory distributions Manually motion correct dynamic frames Seamlessly integrated as part of the 4DM workflows Configurable Time Activity Curve (TAC) displays Interactive Polar Maps Provides residual dose subtraction Generate and display Flow and Reserve normals databases For dynamic PET and SPECT patient datasets 4DM Reconstruction Add-On to Any SPECT License Type The Reconstruction add-on provides nuclear cardiology technologists with a single interface for quality assurance (QA), reconstruction, and processing of SPECT myocardial perfusion, viability, and SPECT gated blood pool studies. 4DM uses conventional filtered backprojection (FBP) with standard filters for reducing noise in the image data. Automatic motion correct is also applied when patient motion is identified during QA, which ensures the accuracy of reconstructed images by reducing motion artifact. Automatic and manual motion correction available for patient motion Reconstruct up to four datasets at once Synchronize gated and ungated dataset reconstruction Familiar QA, orientation, and alignment tools Easy access to adjust reconstruction settings Reconstruct using 4DM on PACS* *Call INVIA today to see if the Reconstruction option is available on your PACS
4 4DM Integrated vs 4DM Personal 4DM Integrated 4DM Personal Delivered pre-installed on reseller platforms or environments Delivered as software-only solution you install on Windows computers Training by either our reseller partners or INVIA Training by INVIA Product Specialists experienced CNMTs Support from our reseller partners or INVIA Product Support direct from INVIA Upgrades based on release schedule of reseller platform Upgrades to newest version available annually Order from our reseller partners Order from certain resellers or from INVIA Design Your Licensing Configuration Fixed and Floating Licenses Fixed licenses are installed and activate 4DM on a specific workstation. Floating licenses enable 4DM to be installed on any number of workstations, and the number of simultaneous active users is limited to the number of floating licenses purchased. Fixed licenses are ideal for workstations that require 4DM to be available at any time, such as processing workstations Floating licenses are optimal for sites with fewer simultaneous users, such as physicians reviewing at different times of day Set-ups can vary, with 4DM Personal and 4DM Integrated used in conjunction with both fixed and floating licenses incorporated into the same configuration. To understand the basics, refer to the diagram below for the difference between purchasing one fixed license and one floating license. 1 fixed license, installed and activated on a single workstation 1 floating license, installed on two worksations, but activated on one at a time
5 Common Configurations Fixed Only 1 fixed technologist processing workstation 1 fixed physician review workstation Fixed + Floating 1 fixed technologist processing workstation 1 floating license shared between two physician review workstations Integrated + Personal Integrated 1 fixed, 4DM Integrated technologist processing workstation Personal 1 fixed, 4DM Personal physician processing workstation Large Hospital System Reading Room Office PET Room SPECT Room Home Office Off-Site Office 4 floating licenses shared between two technologist processing workstations and four physician review workstations
