2 Page 2 To Order Call: Our Travel and Filming Policies Big Tex Video Productions will travel to an field within a 40 mile circle of downtown Denton, Texas at no additional cost. Anything outside of the 40 mile circle will be charge mileage. If there are three or more athletes to be filmed, the travel costs will be waived for any location in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex. Payment is due the day of the first filming session. Videos can be shipped to any location in the US for an additional charge. We would be happy to re-edit or re-shoot any portion of your video. However, there will an additional charge for the service. Additional travel expensive my also apply. Big Tex Video Productions provides a 10% discount when filming a team (5+ Players). Shipping and Handling Policies Unless shipping and handling charges are part of a package offering, the following rates will apply: Local pickup arrangements can always be made at no cost. Shipping and handling will be charged at 10% of total order with a $25.00 maximum charge. If you want the Second Day Air, then the charge would be an additional $ Next Day Air is available for an additional charge of $35.00
