2 Summary 10 th meeting of the UR Management Sub-Group (URM SG) took place on 18 November members of the Sub-Group participated 20 change requests (CR) were in scope Very efficient and constructive meeting, with outcome: 13 CR for approval by the AG 2 CR for rejection by the AG 1 CR for AG decision 3 CR on hold (no action for AG) 1 CR approved by T2S Programme Board (to take note) 2

The majority of the URM-SG stated that the set-up and use of such market restrictions in T2S should be managed and restricted through the T2S change management procedure 2 CR for approval provided that AG approves PESG proposal 3

CR 247 was therefore put on hold 6

7 URD annexes (CR 231. AG to take note) The T2S Programme Board decided on 12 November 2009 not to include all annexes in the T2S URD v5.0 except the glossary. The glossary should be kept updated. Earlier versions of the T2S URD will be left unchanged as a reference to access these annexes. Annexes will be incorporated as far as relevant to the Service Description. A CSD feels that some of the annexes must be maintained and they should be updated in the URD rather than be incorporated into the Service Description to avoid duplication of work. 7

8 Functionality for Settlement Banks in T2S/CMB (CR 228 for AG decision) URM SG decided on the suggested wording of the change request URM SG noted that the change request is stable and for the decision CR postponed together with item 5.2 (Functionality for settlement banks in T2S) 8
