11 Upgrades and Best Practices Upgrade Path: Delete existing app and install the new application from the istore A service to the ios mobility server is required (8.5 SP1) For mixed iphone & ipad environment run old and new web services in parallel Best Practices: Set expectations with users that the device is for consuming documents, not producing documents Move the Mobility Server into the DMZ Will need an SSL Security Certificate Will need new firewall rules Training minimal to non-existent for WorkSite users Typically users simply need connection information 11
