4 Chapter 1 - Login 1. Open IE, input IP address in address bar, the device default IP address is:

5 2. After inputting address, press ENTER. 3. The user is able to select language, enter user name and password. (default user name and password is: admin) and click Login to log in. 5

6 Chapter 2 - Main Interface 2.1 Main Interface Display Status 2.2 Operation of Live View Interface Click [Live View] to enter into real-time preview interface. [Listen] Control device can receive outside voice. Click [Talk] to realize two-way audio communication. Click [Snapshot] to get current picture, click Snap shot success open at the right bottom of picture to preview saved picture. Click[Record], start to real-time record, Click again would cancel record status. Click [Streaming] pull-down menu to select streaming--two preset streaming type (original streaming and sub streaming). Click [Priority] pull-down menu, there you can choose two modes(real time or image quality). In the [Set up] interface, users can modify many settings. Click [Exit] to quit and return to login interface which can choose language. [OPTION] Click [PTZ] to enter in PTZ setup menu and will be hidden click again. Pressing mouse left button to drag an area in the picture can enter enlarge function, and be able to amplify part of picture, at right bottom of display will show preview picture. Click mouse right to pop up dialog box, click restore panorama to exit amplification function. At bottom left of picture displays basic info including solution, streaming and frame. Top right of picture (default position) displays current date, user also can use OSD to modify the time display. 6

7 Chapter 3 - Setting interface Instruction Manual 3.1 Device Information Show the basic information of connect device such as name, ID, version etc. User can set up personal device name through Device Name. Under the Video user menu interface, Users can check IP information of others who also login the device. CPU: look CPU use ratio. 7

8 Chapter 4 - Device Management 4.1 Device Management Click [Device Management] to enter into configuration interface. 4.2 IP Settings Click [IP Settings] to enter into configuration interface. User can configure IP selection, select IPv4 or IPv6. Can select Obtain An IP Address Automatically (From DHCP) or Static IP. Notice: when choose IPv4, please keep consistency of IP address that has set and default gateway. Device IPv4 default address is : Device IPv6 default address is:3ffe:ffff:0:f101::120. Gateway is:3ffe:ffff:0:f101:: PPPoE Click [PPPoE] to enter into configuration interface 8

9 Select [Enable PPPoE], and enter right user name, password and IP address, click set and save set item. Then you can use PPPoE. 4.4 Port Settings Click [Port settings] to enter into configuration interface. In this interface, user can check info and set info of Http, Https, RTSP and control port Http: HyperText Transfer Protocol. Default value is 80.User open webpage to enter to login. how to use after modifying, for example of port 85 for http, open the IE, enter to login. Https: Default port is 443, user input in IE. RTSP: Real Time Streaming Protocol, default number is 554. Input rstp:// (this is as IP address):554/media/live/1/1 Control Port: A kind of port between the PC side and the camera. The port to detect SDK. Mobile phone port: A mapping port between phone side and the camera. Obtain video information to look the video in phone. Http Stream Port: Only for research engineer. SSH: Enable SSH service to start it. 9

10 4.5 Date & Time Click [Date & Time] to enter into configuration interface. NTP (Network Time Protocol) synchronize device time with Internet every a period of time. Click [Time Zone], you can adjust the time zone in pull-down menu. Select [Use DST], Configure DST begin time at [Begin] item,dst end time at [End] and DST offset at [DST offset] item. User click [Save] configure device real time and save DST setting. Select [Use NTP] to start NTP time correction. Add right internet NTP server IP and port at [NTP IP] item, click [Save]. 4.6 QOS Click [QOS] to enter into QOS configuration interface. 4.7 UPnP Click [UPnP], enter into UPNP configuration interface. 10

11 Select [Enable UPnP] to start UPNP function, click to modify UPnP port. Click [Add] to add other ports to UPNP, click [Save]. 4.8 DDNS Click DDNS to enter into DDNS configuration interface. User selects DDNS, can release device s DDNS on the internet to realize remote control. Enter right server address and port number at Server IP and Server port Input dynamic domain name that you apply from DDNS server at Domain Name. Notice: domain name that fill in this item must be dynamic domain name. Static domain name in this place is in vain. Enter account and password that you apply from dynamic domain name website at Account and Password. Enter number whose interval is 0-60 at Check Interval to ensure communication between device and dynamic domain name website during check interval time. Tip:Modify Http port that is non-80 at Port Setting and start UPNP at UPnP. Click Save to complete DDNS configuration. Check status that below toolbox to know if DDNS set success. Notice: Normal work of DDNS function need WAN support, so default gateway must fill LAN router address and ensure network segment that can surf internet normally. 11

12 4.9 SMTP Click SMTP to enter into SMTP setting interface. Select Enable SMTP to start SMTP function. SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) can send information and picture to user promptly by after device received alarm. Enter SMTP sever used at SMTP Address and fill corresponding sever SMTP port. Set up SMTP receiver, sender user name and password. Fill the right information and click save. User clicks Test to test the function you set if it works. Notice: SMTP need WAN support. Detailed notes the same as the DDNS settings. 12

13 4.10 Mobile View Click Mobile View to enter into mobile view controlling interface SNMP Click SNMP to enter into SNMP configuration interface. SNMP is webmaster tool based on TCP protocol. Select Enable SNMP to start webmaster system. Set up SNMP port, user enable to monitor IP camera by webmaster tool. 13

14 4.12 Identification Click Identification to enter into identification configuration interface. Configure these video communication protocol such as Onvif, RSTP, CGI. Choose the Onvif in OFF or ON. It is no need to obtain device account and password if under OFF. So need login account and password in Onvif ON status. The function is for safety. RTSP,CGI are similar to that Bonjour Enable Bonjour, then can search our device under the content in the apple s browser. 14

15 X It must to based on the router or switch with 802.1X function. Enter the account and password. 15

16 Chapter 5 - Configure Media 5.1 Configure Media Click Configure Media to enter into media configuration interface Streaming Configuration Click Streaming to enter into streaming configuration interface. User select resolution by Resource Solution pull-down menu to select resolution you need and click Save to save. User can promptly adjust streaming 1 and streaming 2 basic parameter at Stream ID menu to realize promptly control of device streaming. Video Encode: Device support H264.Baseline,H264.High Profile,H264.Main Profile H265.Baseline,H265.High Profile,H265.Main Profile,MJPEG. Audio Encode: Device support G711-ULAW, G711-ALAW. Resolution: Control current image resolution of device. 16

17 I frame interval: Control intervals between two key-frame when device records. Frame Rate: I frame frequency. Bit rate model: Support VBR (Variable Bit-Rate), CBR(Constant Bit-Rate) and LBR. Streaming: Limit real-time streaming max value. Quality: Image quality produced by device. The better image quality, the larger bit rate. 5.3 Image Setup Click Image Setup to enter into image configuration page. According to the using atmosphere, there are three mode you can choose--auto, Day profile, Night profile. User set up image s brightness, saturation, sharpness, contrast, NR intensity and so on basic specification a t Basic Setup. Synchronously, you can also adjust up and down, left and right of image direction. It is enabled to set up Exposure Mode, Max Shutter, Gain Mode, Max Gain, White Balance, WDR, Power Line, IRIS, D&N mode and so on image specification. Notice: If user want to return to device initial status, please click Reset. 5.4 OSD Click OSD to enter into OSD configuration interface. OSD function allow user to add, modify and delete image s all text even including device time. User can adjust image s front size and transparency at Basic Setup pull-down menu User can choose device name and time display or not, adjust their position at System Setup. 17

18 Can add text in any region at User Defined. Click Save to complete OSD configuration. 5.5 Privacy Mask Click Privacy Mask to enter into privacy mask configuration interface. Privacy mask function can use black opaque object to mask the part of image that need privacy and will not be seen by other people. Select Enable Privacy Mask, drag left mouse button to make shield part, click Save to complete configuration after selecting. Notice: Privacy mask function support 5 parts at most (including overlap). Every mask support maximum 3% of total image area. So when set up region, you should note each region can t exceed total image area 3%. 18

19 If user drag region mistakenly, cancel it by clicking right mouse button. You can also delete all image mask position by Delete button. 5.6 Video System Click Video System to enter into video system configuration interface. User set up output video system PAL or NTSC by selecting following pull-down menu. 5.7 ROI Click ROI to enter into ROI configuration interface. ROI (Region Of Interesting) can set up area of picture you are interested in. This realize clear view for part image under low bit rate. Select Enable ROI to start ROI function and set up corresponding streaming info. Drag left mouse button to region, click save to complete configuration. Notice: If user drag wrongly when set up region, user can cancel one region by clicking right mouse button. At that time to start ROI function must ensure bit rate is not VBR mode. 19

20 Chapter 6 - Device I/O 6.1 Device I/O Click Device I/O to enter device I/O interface. 6.2 Audio In Select Enable Audio In to start audio in function. User can adjust audio in by Audio In Volume pull-down menu. Notice: The default configuration that audio is turned-on. So user just need connect voice collector to device, in this way can record video with sound. Adjust Audio in volume to 0 is a low level audio volume not making device record in no sound status. 6.3 Alarm I/O Click Alarm I/O to enter into configuration interface. User input the name of alarm in at Name bar of Alarm In. Enter into high or low at Valid signal Configure delay alarm output time at Alarm Delay after device alarming Configure length of alarm output at Alarm Period, the unit is ms. Chapter 7 - Alarm Trigger Click Alarm Trigger to enter into alarm trigger configuration interface. 20

21 7.1 Motion Alarm Click Motion Alarm to enter into motion alarm configuration interface. Select Enable Motion Detection to start motion detection, and then click Schedule and Area to configure. Click Schedule to pop out time configuration interface. User can select All Time to set up motion detection all time. And also can select time at schedule to set time. At last click Save to finish time setup. Click Area to pop out area configuration interface. 21

22 Drag left mouse button to region, setup sensitivity at Sensitivity bar. Provide 10 sensitivity level, the higher number the higher sensitivity. Setup the threshold Click Save to complete configuration. Notice: You only select 5 regions at most in configuration area including overlap. If user select one mistakenly, cancel it by clicking left mouse button or click Delete to delete total motion detection region. User setup minimum interval between two alarms at Interval item of Alarm Interval. User can select Alarm Out to start a series action with alarm. User call other PTZ device preset function when alarm trigger at PTZ item. User select Enable at item to start the functionuser will receive after motion detection alarm trigger. Click Set to turn to SMTP configuration interface. The configuration as below. Select Snapshot to start snapshot FTP. 22

23 7.2 Alarm Trigger Click Alarm Trigger to enter into I/O alarm configuration interface User select Enable Alarm In to start I/O alarm. Click Schedule to set up I/O alarm time. Select All time to set up motion detection all time. And can also select time at schedule. At last click Save. User can select Alarm Out to start a series action with alarm. User call other PTZ device preset function when alarm trigger at PTZ item. User select Enable at item to start motion detection trigger prompting function. User will receive prompting after motion detection trigger. Click Set to skip to SMTP configuration interface. The configuration way vide supra. Select Snapshot to start snapshot FTP. 23

24 Chapter 8 - Recording 8.1 Recording Click Recording to enter into recording configuration interface. 8.2 Record Click Record to enter into record policy configuration interface. Select Enable Recording to start recording. Recording can provide stable, exhaustive, convenient,customized whole-day service. Continuous Recording to start device recording all the day. Start Recording When Network Failed to start. When network is failed, device will start to record and store recording file to SD card.(this function only support for device with SD card). Schedule Recording is to set up recording time,click Schedule to setup the configuration of the schedule. Select Enable Trigger Recording at trigger recording to start trigger recording. Fill trigger recording time at Pre Recording and Post Recording. Then device will start automatically to trigger recording within the required time after triggered alarm. 24

25 8.3 Local Recording Click Local Recording to enter into local recording path configuration interface. User can set up local recording path and snapshot storage path. Click Save to save settings. Notice: if disk you set does not exist, snapshot will fail. If specified folder does not exist, will storage by the name of new folder. When Enter storage path, must ensure path is end with \, otherwise will new folder at the same level as folder you set, lead the storage deviation. 8.4 Snapshot Path Click Snapshot Path to enter into alarm snapshot FTP path configuration interface. Configuration method is same as FTP configuration of Record Path. 25

26 8.5 Snapshot Policy Click Snapshot Policy to enter into linked snapshot configuration interface. Select Number pull-down menu, enter snapshot quantity as trigger snapshot each time and user can choose 1-6pcs image. Select Quality pull-down menu, adjust image quality of snapshot. Select Delay pull-down menu, adjust time interval from triggering snapshot to starting snapshot. Select Shutter Speed pull-down menu, enter to adjust exposure time of each snapshot. 26

27 Chapter 9 - Recording 9.1 Account Click Account to enter into authority control interface. User can distribute authority of each group in sheet, click Save to complete settings. 9.2 User Click User to enter into user configuration page. Click Add to add user configuration interface. User define user name and set up password. Adjust Group pull-down menu to setup user group and limit user authority. 27

28 Chapter 10 - Maintenance 10.1 Maintenance Click Maintenance to enter into maintenance interface Reboot Click Reboot to enter into reboot interface. User can configure auto reboot time at Auto Reboot,and can reboot directly at Reboot Reset Click Reset to enter into reset interface. User can click reset button to reset parameter of device in this interface and also can select Reset IP Address to reset device totally. 28

29 10.4 Event Log Click Event Log to enter into event log interface. User can narrow down the filed of search such as adjust time and log type at Query Logs item. User can clear all recording logs at Clear. 29
