1 MINISTERIO DE AGRICULTURAY PESCA, ALIMENTACIÓN Y MEDIO AMBIENTE DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE SANIDAD DE LA PRODUCCIÓN AGRARIA SUBDIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE ACUERDOS SANITARIOS Y CONTROL EN FRONTERA NOTA INFORMATIVA 15 de Octubre de 2015 SISTEMA DE REGISTRO DE FABRICANTES EN CHINA AQSIQ ha publicado una nueva norma que afecta al registro de exportadores. Desde 2012, tanto los exportadores como los importadores deben estar registrados en AQSIQ a través de un procedimiento on line. El registro está regulado en el Decreto AQSIQ Se aplica a carnes, huevos y ovoproductos, productos acuáticos y productos acuáticos en conserva, materiales de medicina tradicional china, grasas y aceites vegetales, bebidas no alcohólicas y alcohólicas, azúcar, hortalizas y productos vegetales, frutas secas y nueces, otros alimentos de origen vegetal, alimentos enlatados, productos lácteos, productos apícolas, productos de confitería, frutas en conserva, cigarrillos, té, ingredientes saborizantes, otras frutas procesadas, alimentos para dietas especiales, entre otros. Por el momento, no deben registrarse los exportadores de aditivos alimentarios, frutas frescas, animales vivos, cereales u oleaginosas. A este fin, AQSIQ habilitó un sitio web: La novedad de esta norma publicada en agosto es que exige también el registro de los FABRICANTES. Este requisito también afecta a aquellos exportadores que sean fabricantes y que ya estén registrados como exportadores, los cuales también DEBEN REGISTRARSE DE NUEVO COMO FABRICANTES. Para ello, pueden utilizar el mismo sitio web ya existente, Una vez realizado el registro inicial, se asignará a cada exportador / productor un número de registro y ya podrá acceder a la información registrada en la web de AQSIQ a través del siguiente link: Cualquier cambio en la información proporcionada se modificará directamente a través de este link. 2 El registro será obligatorio a partir del 1 de octubre de Las listas exportadores, agentes o productores extranjeros de alimentos que han sido registrados serán publicadas y actualizadas regularmente por el departamento de inspección de entrada y salida y cuarentena de China y se podrán consultar online. Then the information of overseas exporters or agents can be found and check. After you login, the record information and record progress can be checked, the record number can be maintained. 5 Please read the letter of commitment before tempo save and commit, and then click agree ( ), then the data can be temporary save or

15 Fourth, the information can be changed in above page (if the status is not temporary save, the company name, address and country/region can be changed), click agree button to agree the letter of commitment, and then click submit. The reminder company record application submitted successful, and waiting for approval will pop-up. It the application of changes had been submitted under the status of temporary save, the status of record information will be changed as: record application, to be audited. If in other situation, the status of record application will be changed as: record changes, to be audited. 3.3 Cancel record 度 必

The record status is displayed as the current state, such as the record release: the audit has been approved and released

Fill consult information in above page, and click submit, the consultation information can be found in the page of consultation management in the system

32 4 Information recording 4.1 Initial registration fill detailed information of establishment 4 - Regarding section 4 information of submitter, the type of submitter should be selected. If the submitter is domestic importer, the record number of domestic 8 21

Click agree of the letter of commitment ( ), and then click temp save ( ), the information can be saved temporary, it can be submitted next time, or committed immediately. Then the information of oversea manufacture can be found and check. 37 Fourth, the information can be changed in above page (if the status is not temporary save, the company name, address and country/region cannot be changed), click agree button to agree the letter of commitment, and then click submit. The reminder company record application submitted successful, and waiting for approval will pop-up. If the application of changes had been submitted under the status of temporary save, the status of record information will be changed as: record application, to be audited. If in other situation, the status of record application will be changed as: record changes, to be audited. 4.3 Cancel record 度 必 情 意
