3 Hardware Requirements Penyediaan Pengguna Agensi, Firma Guaman & Syarikat Berkaitan Kerajaan In order to use EFS, you will need a computer/laptop with these specifications: Computer RAM 4GB (min 2GB) Computer Processor 2GHz for laptop (min 1.68GHz) or 2.2GHz for desktop (min 1.86GHz) Operating System Minimum 32-bit Windows (version 7, 8 or 10) Others Scanner (for upload PDF, documentation of exhibit etc) Printer (for printing of processed documents, if required) 3

6 Pendaftaran Pentadbir EFS Keperluan Membuat Pemfailan Pengurusan User Account perlu dilaksanakan: TUGAS: Menyediakan bagi setiap peguam dalam firma yang membuatkan pemfailan EFS mempunyai User Account (Username & Password) 6

7 Tugas-tugas Pentadbir Sistem EFS Seorang Pentadbir Sistem EFS perlu dilantik oleh setiap Firma Guaman. Tugas Pentadbir ialah untuk memastikan setiap pengguna yang membuatkan Pemfailan mempunyai User Account masing-masing yang lengkap dengan Username & Password. 7

8 Tugas-tugas Pentadbir Sistem EFS Create and manage User IDs & Accounts Coordinate and run EFS Training Oversee use of EFS system by Law Firm Staff Forward EFS-related issues to ekehakiman 8

9 Pendaftaran Pentadbir Sistem EFS Obtain e-filing (EFS) Reference ID from ecourt Portal (ecourt.kehakiman.gov.my) Apply for Personal Cert Token & Install MPKI Application from Augmented Technology Sdn Bhd (ecourt.aug-tech.com) Open Online Banking Account see below for participating banks Register Pentadbir Sistem EFS Account on ekehakiman e-filing System (EFS) (efs.kehakiman.gov.my) Register EFS Lawyer Accounts For all staff involved in filing of documents Personal Banking Account Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, AmBank, Bank Islam, Bank Muamalat, Bank Rakyat, CIMB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Kuwait Finance House, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Standard Chartered, UOB Corporate Banking Account Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, AmBank, Bank Muamalat, CIMB Bank, Deutsche Bank, Hong Leong Bank, HSBC, Kuwait Finance House, Maybank, OCBC Bank, RHB, Standard Chartered, UOB 9

14 Applying for Individual Lawyer Token Note: RM148 per token including 1 year digital certificate. RM55 for 1 year renewal. Prices excluding GST. Lawyers who already have tokens used for EFS filing 14 today may continue to use them with the new system accordingly.

19 1 1 At the EFS homepage, click Lawyer Administrator Registration. 15 Change the No. of Doc(s) if more than one copy of the same document is required Set a Non Defined Fee (RM), if applicable. efs.kehakiman.gov.my Click Select to browse for the document to be uploaded. 18 Click Sign & Add to add the document to the table below. 19

20 Fill in the required fields. 3 View My Document Listing View All Document Listing Users will only be able to view document types filed by themselves. Everyone can view document types filed within the law firm. 4 5 Law Firm Signature The default signature that will be used during eform generation. The signature file can still be changed when filling up the eform. The signature image file needs to be in PNG format (transparent background) and size of 470px x 250px. Click Next. 18 Click Sign & Add to add the document to the table below. 20

21 6 7 6 A dialog will pop up prompting to plug in USB token for Certificate Authentication.
