2 CESP provides 4 ways to upload via 3 Web Transfer Clients or via a local sftp client. WEB Transfer Clients 1. Integraged Upload (HTML5): Select Integrated Upload for Auto Login to HTML5 Client. (Modern Browser required) 2. JAVA: Select Java Upload to login to the Java Client (tick box required) 3. PlainText: Our basic web client for use in organisations where HTML 5 & Java cause issues. (A login option for this client will only appear if errors are detected by the system Use Alternate ) 4. Locally Installed Sftp Client such as Filezilla, CuteFTP or WinSCP. Uploading a Submission

3 CESP now provides an Integrated Upload client direct from the Dashboard menu. 1. Integrated Upload Integrated Upload Client Layout Transfer Status Remote Server

4 1. Integrated Upload 2. Name your folder This folder name is only used here 1. Click the File Menu followed by New Folder from the top tool bar 3. Your empty new folder is now available on the remote server. Double click the folder to open it.

5 1. Integrated Upload Browse & Upload 4. Standard Method. Browse to your Zip file on your local drive and double click the file to begin the upload process. Once the zip file is uploaded 100% repeat the upload process and upload your delivery file.

6 Drag & Drop 1. Integrated Upload 4. Alternative Method. Drag your Zip file from your local drive onto the remote server and drop it. Once the zip file is uploaded 100% repeat the process and upload your delivery file.

7 2. Java Upload Client Open the website: Enter in username and password Tick Use Java enabled version

9 2. Java Upload Client 2. Click the New Folder button in the top tool bar 1. Click here in the white space on the remote server 3. Name your folder This folder name is only used here 4. Your empty new folder is now available on the remote server. Double click the folder to open it. Repeat This Process For Each Submission

Java Upload Client Drag the submission 1.zip from My files and folders into Submission 1 on the Remote Server and folders Drag the Delivery file for submission 1 from My files and folders into Submission 1 folder on the Remote Server and folders Repeat the process for each submission NOTE IF USING THIS METHOD EACH SUBMISSION SHOULD BE IN ITS OWN FOLDER WITH THE DELIVERY FILE FOR THAT SUBMISSION, UPLOAD THE SUBMISSION FIRST AND FULLY BEFORE UPLOADING THE DELIVERY FILE. DO NOT LOG OUT OF THE FTP WINDOW WHILE A TRANSFER IS IN PROGRESS.

12 3. Plain Text Client 1. Select Upload 2. Select Choose File 3. Select your file from the file dialog 4. Click Upload 5. Repeat for each file

13 Log onto the sftp client using the details below: Host: sftp://cesptest.hma.eu Username: Enter users username Password: Enter users password Port: 22 Login Details Provided In Registration 4. Local SFTP Client

15 4. Local SFTP Client 1. Right click in the white space on the remote server and select Create Directory 2. Name your folder This folder name is only used here

16 4. Local SFTP Client 3. Your empty new folder is now available on the remote server. Double click the folder to open it. 4. Navigate to your files on your local computer Repeat This Process For Each Submission

17 Drag the submission 1.zip from My files and folders into Submission 1 on the Remote Server and folders 4. Local SFTP Client Drag the Delivery file for submission 1 from My files and folders into Submission 1 folder on the Remote Server and folders Repeat the process for each submission NOTE IF USING THIS METHOD EACH SUBMISSION SHOULD BE IN ITS OWN FOLDER WITH THE DELIVERY FILE FOR THAT SUBMISSION, UPLOAD THE SUBMISSION FIRST AND FULLY BEFORE UPLOADING THE DELIVERY FILE. DO NOT LOG OUT OF THE FTP WINDOW WHILE A TRANSFER IS IN PROGRESS.

18 NOTE: Important Note It can take some time before a submission is processed by the system. Do not delete any file/directory from your user account. The system will remove all files/folders associated with a submission once it has been processed. You will receive an once your submission has been received by CESP.
