3 Login Instructions: 1.) Use the below link for login to the AIMS. 2.) After login you will get the below screen. For best view of the application you can use Mozilla Firefox as well as Google chrome browser. You can also download the both browser by clicking the link Download in application login screen. 3 Page

4 3.) After clicking on chrome download link you will get below screen, your browser will be downloaded by clicking on the button. 4.) You can also download the Mozilla Firefox by clicking on the link download, you will get following screen. 4 Page

5 5.) Now login to the application by entering the user name and password given to you, here we have used sample username SSB56 and password PASSWORD1. And set the default language to English. 6.) Click on login button to enter in the application after entering the above credentials. 5 Page

6 7.) After login you will get the below screen with menu s associated with the modules assigned by the ADMINISTRATOR. Set Preferences: 1.) After login to the application you can change your password by clicking on preferences link (right-top of the page). 2.) You will get the below popup on the screen where you can change your password by entering correct information. 3.) Click on the Save Your Preference button to set the new password else you can cancel to set it to default. 6 Page

7 Set Academic Session: 1.) Before accessing the menus you have to set the academic session by click on the link Session. 2.) You will get the below popup to set the academic session. Click on Ok button to set the selected session. Access Modules/Menus: 1.) You can see your modules/menus under the browse tab (left to the screen). 7 Page

8 2.) You can also have an option for add to Favorites. Select menu by clicking on the menu which you want add into favorites. Now, click on the link ( ) and you will get below the success message popup. 3.) See your added favourites menu by clicking on the tab favourites. 8 Page

9 Faculty Examination Marks Entry: 1.) Click on Faculty Examination Marks Entry under the Examination module. 2.) After this click on New button. You will get the following screen. 9 Page

10 3.) Select course code by clicking on the ( ) to enter the student marks. 4.) Fill up the marks in the mark obtained column and after that click on the button Calculate Grades. 10 Page

11 5.) You will get grade of the each student in the Marks Grade column 6.) Click on Final button, if you want to generate the final control sheet and click on Save And Print button Click Ok to final the control sheet. (Note: Once you click Ok button and save the record, then the control sheet will not modify at any case) If you have not click on final button then you will see the below message with report title. 11 Page

12 7.) You can also modify the subject marks by clicking on the Modify button. Select course form the modify list You can modify the student marks in only case if the Final button is active/clickable And if the Final button is disabled and you are trying to modify the marks then it will show the below message. 12 Page

13 8.) You can also see the grade statistics and mark wise statistics by clicking on its respective button. Grade Statistics Mark Wise Statistics 9.) You can also have an option for close the form at any instance by clicking the Close button. 13 Page

14 Faculty Grades Cut Off Master: 1.) Click on Faculty Grades Cut Off Master under the Examination module. 2.) After this click on Modify button and select the course. You will get the following screen. 14 Page

15 You can set minimum marks for each grade, make sure that your lower grade marks should be less than 1 to the upper grade marks. After adding the min marks click on the Recalculate button. In result your max marks is calculated. 3.) You can also see the Attendance Grade as well as Audit Grade in its respective table. 15 Page

16 Student Registration: 1.) Go to the login screen followed by the URI Enter Login ID (Enrollment No) in the username and default password is PASSWORD1. 2.) After login click on Student Registration Normal under the Registration module. 3.) You will get the following screen with course list. 16 Page

17 4.) Now fill the and Mobile no and select at least one course and apply for registration. Once you applied for registration, your faculty advisor will confirm/finalize your registration. After that you will be able to download approved registration form by clicking Download Approved Registration button After confirmation from faculty advisor the text on Apply for Registration button will change to Approved by faculty Advisor. This shows you the current Approval status of your registration application. The button will have either of these three status as follows: 1. Apply for Registration 2. Approved by faculty advisor 3. Pending for Dean (Academic) Approval.(This will be shown in case you have seven or more backlog s). Until the faculty advisor approves/refers to Dean(Academics) you will be able to perform changes in your registration form. 17 Page

18 Faculty Advisor Approval: 1.) Go to the login screen followed by the URI Login to the application with your faculty login details and go to the Registration module inside the Browse tab and click on the Student Registration Faculty Advisor Approval. 2.) Now click on the Modify button and select the Student Registration Id you want to approve. 18 Page
